They maybe rivals but they are talking alot of sense. If you get to a point where you have to find loopholes in the financial system of ffp or league then something has to be going wrong for them to try to do all that to keep afloat.
And also you can't do all those loopholes forever, you can't sell all your assets and expect to remain the same.

I am a chelsea fan and am concerned. I think we have made our bed with all these youngsters and should lay on it. They should develop the players they have and not try to sign players on huge transfer fees for a while until after 2 or 3 years when we can comply with ffp regulations with a clear head.
But for now, we messed up and should stay humble and raise the ones we have. In case we need a player, just sign for very cheap.
@@HIM3153 its not you handle chelsea financial..let them do their job..if you really die hard fan chelsea..why dont you just buy cfc..ofcos they will sell all asset to you..next season when chelsea playing ucl again..they will get better..more young or academy player to sell..this summer i think they still can get 200m for player sales..just let them do their job..i see improvement from this chelsea team..also, if they go bankrupt later..atleast they will sell to the highest bidder..but i doubt they will break ffp rules or psr..just enjoy..dont think too much
We didn't sell to Clearlake we sold it to Blue Co, Clearlake has the most shares but blue Co is our parent company

Clear lake baught chelsea expecting to oay 1.5 billion in debt it was all budgeted for and worked out. The Roman went and wrote off that debts so understand. We got money to blow. Prem and uefa may want to tell us how much we can spend and when but we have it. If we have to transfer assests from one umbrella to the other to spend our own money okay we will do it.

It was Bloomberg which reported that Chelsea are entertaining bids for their women's team for around £200m. Asset stripping is a worrying sign. That isn't a trick you can play again with the same assets and reduces your future revenues. That £200m black hole was the result of missing out on CL football for what will now be a 2nd season in a row. Chelsea are also now in a predicament where they are PL compliant but may not be UEFA compliant, one of the most expensive clubs in world football which needs CL revenue may have to avoid UEFA competitions? It's crazy
