Wow I love it and this is the best song to learn for students
im glad to teach this hymn to our young people in our churc were we can find a minus one for this, or instrumental only no lyrics
Even though it is a Christmas tune but it is a thanksgiving song so they really didn’t ruin this hymn.
I wish the uploader would've named the group singing.
Requesting instrumental this song pls 😊
please provide minu one w/ lyrics
Meaning full song
do you have a minus one or instrumental version of this? I want to sing this in choir
I don't have either, but what do you mean by "Do you have a minus one?" That makes no sense to me? Is there an instrument called such?
Minus one means instrumental.
1. Come, ye thankful people, come,
raise the song of harvest home;
all is safely gathered in,
ere the winter storms begin.
God our Maker doth provide
for our wants to be supplied;
come to God's own temple, come,
raise the song of harvest home.
2. All the world is God's own field,
fruit as praise to God we yield;
wheat and tares together sown
are to joy or sorrow grown;
first the blade and then the ear,
then the full corn shall appear;
Lord of harvest, grant that we
wholesome grain and pure may be.
3. For the Lord our God shall come,
and shall take the harvest home;
from the field shall in that day
all offenses purge away,
giving angels charge at last
in the fire the tares to cast;
but the fruitful ears to store
in the garner evermore.
4. Even so, Lord, quickly come,
bring thy final harvest home;
gather thou thy people in,
free from sorrow, free from sin,
there, forever purified,
in thy presence to abide;
come, with all thine angels, come,
raise the glorious harvest home.
Those are the verses I remember from so long ago. Thank you

Way to pour ketchup on ice cream here....
You have ruined this lovely hymn!!!
😳there’s room for different versions💜“Do all things without grumbling or disputing” Philippians 2:14
No they didn’t, they are just singing it in a different version it’s nothing wrong that that and I like this version also
It's not ruined..its added tempo..the message and the song are still Beautiful
It is a lovely, lively version. I appreciate it a lot.
This is a lovely version of hym . Don't worry with this idiot . I play this song at my house church Harvest service last year and I will do so again this year which is next week Sunday .
this is a fucking bizarre cultural document
Yikes! What a bad arrangement! All the beautiful complex harmonies are gone! I guess this arrangement would be OK for toddlers...or maybe children with ADHD.
Agree it is not well done.
