Wise and honest words. Most folks do not understand that to be in business and be a successful business you gotta live the business. Being the business when you buy things for “Yourself” and they are for growing the business or things that will make the day to day business better/more efficient is key. That will aid tremendously when growing. And will also help feed the need to help satisfy that urge for personal gains/gifts. Business grows you grow.

To make apparel, do you/did you when you first started make the screens yourself when you have new designs, are they easy to make?
It's all about having a decent blacked out image that the uv can't penetrate right so you leave a clear image to lay a solid print.
I have don't shirt printing before and got decent at it but got someone else to make the screens and wish I'd learnt to do it myself.

Been following you guys for a long time, this is a great video! I had goals of going into apparel back in 2013, but (insert excuse) and it didn't happen. Ended up becoming an electrical contractor in 2014 but folded it in 2019 due to burnout. I'm working a good job right now, but the apparel thing keeps coming back up, and this video is confirmation. If it fails, I'll blame you! Lol...Just kidding!

totally depends. When FNF started there was no social media following. We had to create it along side the brand

But maybe he should be your financial advisor. I am a financial advisor and honestly the majority of the people I work with meaning other advisors are mostly broke. So even within the financial industry financial literacy lacks. I had a business partner that has been an advisor for over 10 years and he is broke as a joke. Spends all the money he makes. Literally does not practice what he preaches. So why would someone listen to him about managing money when he can’t manage his own money. One of the driving reasons I fired him as a partner and moved on without him. Financial literacy is so important yet so many “educated” people don’t have it. It’s horrible our school system has failed us. That’s why you must take it into your own hands. I have three kids and one of my main goals is to always educate them in regards to money. Any way Rob love the videos love the motivation and information.

you made a bad house choice. All my properties return min 17% in cash flow and appreciate in value as they create cash flow.
@@killrobbailey Due to the timing of my purchase, a valid point. The unfortunate part of a real estate purchase, due to regional market conditions, is you cannot always time it in an ideal fashion. On the flip side, my investment portfolio, which has gains much higher than the average, has never required me to chainsaw thru a frozen lake, either.
