They could just arrange whatever kind of chores or roles they want to do in the house and taking care of the kids. The woman wanting to work and have a career is fine- her only problem is that she lacks love for her children. Perhaps they had children way too early, they should've discussed whether they were ready for the responsibility or not.
The woman from the first concern, I think she doesn't wanna be a mom and that totally ok. we aren't supposed to be the same, and not all of us have to become parents. 'cause we are all diffrend!. Men that would behave the same way would never be in the category of a bad men. They would be understood, because they work for their family. She is also working for her family. Just because woman are preconditioned biologically to give a birth does not mean that they are feeling or in fact can fullfil the role that the society gives to mothers and how society has demanded a mother should behave. They didn't say that fathers who act like her are good, they use her as an example of those fathers who didn't care about their family and focus only on their work or something else. Yes, women should have the same opportunity as man to work even after she have a family but there is always a limit to everything. A mother cannot fill the role of a father and a father can fill the role of a mother.
