Iago Borges My Prof basically told us to think like this: pick exercises were your arm is in front of your body, beside your body and behind your body. Literally reverse them in terms of exercise selection. Biceps: Preacher curl Barbell curl Incline curl Triceps: Dips or Close grip bench press (keep arms close to your sides) Skull crushers (use dumbbells if it feel better on your elbow then a ez bar) Overhead tricep extension (to use what ever cable, dumbbell or barbell allows you to use Full range of motion and doesn't cause pain.)
Don’t know if better, both are highly skilled & knowledgable. Been watching Jeff for years, only discovered mind pump crew podcasts this year and now listen religiously. They definitely deserve a few million subscribers. It would be good to see some of their podcast personalities transfer over to RUclips. Seriously considering trying one of their MAPS programs.
