    I’ve had health anxiety for 10 years and general anxiety for 30 years. I’ve tried everything. EVERYTHING. I’ve followed many health anxiety gurus, had every test from docs, took every med possible. Had years of talking therapy. And don’t get me wrong I’ve made progress but every time , every time I get a sensation I end up going to doctors and it all starts again. Since finding your videos I’ve never found anyone that comes close to how accurate your teachings are. You have actually suffered and found the cure. I think I’ve come past that tipping point with acceptance and feel a change has happened. Thank you.

    Just wanted to say your videos helped me through a really rough time after my first anxiety attack. Had a similar experience to yourself in many ways, now completely back to normal. Even commenting seems strange now that the experience has become a distant memory, which explains why it was so hard to find help online - people who get better move on, leaving the impression that nobody can heal. You may be a stranger but thanks Shaan, truly.

    Almost 2 years into my sensitized nervous system recovery, instead of saying i am free of high stress symptoms, it's more fitting to say i am living my life 220% better now. I'm tuning in Shaan's channel to continue to learn self-improvement tools & mindset. This young man Mr. Shaan is right. Stresses never stop coming after recovery. But this journey taught me - You, me or nobody is NOT gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard u hit. It's about how hard you can get hit & keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. - Rocky Balboa. 🥊 I am incredibly thankful to Mr.Shaan in educating how to take on symptoms & life stresses, with courage.
    Trust him.

    Shaan I’m about 1 month into my anxiety journey and already feeling better. I have had the most crazy symptoms that I can’t even count. The symptoms shift day to day but me knowing how being positive is going to help is exponentially speeding this up. I also acknowledge that setbacks are going to come and it is awesome how this mindset is helping me. Live your life no matter how severe the symptoms, and it’ll subside!

    Sir Shaan Kassam ,
    I am 17 and suffering from Horrible Anxiety since 2 years , My main concern during this time is that I am not able to study anything as a student , My grades are falling rapidly. I am pretty good at studying but now when my friends in school ask why I am falling academically I can't muster up the courage them to tell them about my anxiety. Something that really pissed my self-esteem of is the fact that my own parents don't believe my condition and constantly scold me for "Making an excuse for avoiding studies". I am alone in this journey and really hope that I ll make through this....One doubt that I had Shaan was that I am mostly experiencing Psychological symptoms more than my very few physical symptoms I've also had a pretty rough childhood actually ( not socializing , and getting scolded by parents 24/7 ) So could it be that all of these habits of mine together Sensitized my nervous System ? and because of which I am facing all these psychological symptoms???

    Great advice but what also helps is staying away from physical stimulants like caffeine, sugar etc and walking / doing yoga as well

    I feel overwhelmed simply by day to day life. About 90% of this is due to the pressure I put on myself... Objectively my life is very stressfree.
    I am not able to work with this in my job.. When someone comes up with a very simple task my body goes into fight or flight (maybe because I want to do this task with too much perfectionism, maybe because I don't want conflicts if I don't do it soon enough etc.. I don't know which beliefsystem triggers there). In fight or flight you don't get anything done wich requires rational thinking. I always have to wait until this emotion went by to go on...

      It’s just muscle tension and the nervous system being more sensitive in your anxious state, the more you focus on it, it will stay, ignore it, move on with what you’re doing and it will go away

    @Shaan. Looking for some hope, please. Spent years looking for the "miracle" but finally started recovering the right way 2 years ago. I am currently in the biggest set back I've ever had and have lost the progress I made, during the last 2 years. Please someone tell me it's not going to take 2 years to get back to where I was? I don't think I could do the last 2 years all over again!!! 😢

    Hi Shaan, I have been doing so much better since the day I came across you videos. But one thing that I'm not sure how to handle is how to navigate my anxiety because of my deep desire to see into the future, like this rush to get to the finish line. Any advice for that?

  • @swoldier4444
    @swoldier4444 4 дня назад +2

    Bro jus say the response, stop saying how u respond, n tell us how to actually respond. Every single video is like this. I’ll just say it, the response is to let the anxiety do what it wants, feel it fully and just engage in the present. It will pass on its own. That’s it! Why Shaan never says this, idk.

    I am suffering from worst anxiety symptoms that are nausea, intrusive thoughts, overthinking.
    Worst thing is that the nausea caused by anxiety actually causes me to throw up that's why I can't eat anything.Even if I try to eat, anxiety causes me to throw up everything. What should I do ? I am confused.😖

    “That’s just how we’re wired”, yes absolutely. But the truth is, that is our sinful nature. Jesus came to set the captives FREE. Did you know the Bible is literally jammed packed with “brain/mind” rewiring. Neuroplasticity is IN the Bible folks. God gave us a way out of our complaining sinful spirits from the beginning.
    Satan comes only to steal, kill and destroy but Christ has come to give you life ABUNDANTLY. Turn to HIM ❤
