    I am finishing a behavioral statistics class and the professor is cramming alot in the last few weeks. Your videos have been a lifesaver. I shopped around and I like yours the best because of clarity and presentation. You have a nice voice which helps and are calm and not overly theatrical which I like.     Thank you very much for your compliment. I use a variety of different software including photoshop, illustrator, HTML5, Final Cut, GarageBand and a few other products. Each video takes me a long time to create. My rule of thumb is each minute of video takes about 12 hours to create, so a 7 minute video takes me about 84 hours of development time.

Besides the technology I use, I have done a tremendous amount of research on how students learn via animations and the impact of color and narration.

    If you click on Regression, Linear Regression, Statistics... make sure that Model Fit is checked (and estimates). That should do it.

    In this case the alpha is .025, but it is important to see that the p value is .000 or less. SPSS denotes this as "Sig." short for significance.

    The first question I would have is why your groups have such difference of observations. If these are paired groups,then they should be the same size. So the answer depends on how you are going to analyze the data and what you are trying to understand.

    I'm having a hard time determining what type of statistical method to use for my research. I have two treatment groups and one control group. My teacher is saying to use ANOVA, shall I put the two treatment groups on the dependent list and the control group as the factor, or is it the other way around? Or am I missing the factor and I should put the 3 groups (two treatment and one control) in the dependent list?

    You should probably drop those data observations. In lieu of dropping them you could "just estimate" what they should have been.

    I just checked in SPSS and If I right click on the "var" then insert variable, I can add additional columns. I added 70 without issue.

    Thanks for this great video, it is very helpful and I understand a lot better then reading the books!. I have a question, I followed all the steps and in the "F" coloumn and "sig" coloumn, there is no value. All there is a dot like this "." what does that dot mean? is it a 0?

    Hello.
    I have data for three currencies: dollar - rupee exchange rate; euro - rupee exchange rate; and pound - rupee exchange rate.
    The data I have is for 13 months.
    I have 20 observations for every month whose mean I have calculated - and I am using all the mean (for 3 currencies each) (for 13 months each).
    How can I compare the means here?
    Are the 13 months my sample or are the 3 currencies my sample. I know my data is the mean/.
