You can adjust the cook time so you don’t have to do 2 cycles. Right after you select the menu item, hit the time and you can add time to the preset times. That way you can cook it one time and don’t have to re-pressurize the pot.

I have a meat setting on my pressure cooker. It usually runs about 30 minutes a cycle
