Maybe another perspective... I am a freelance Salesforce Architect and I can say that it is without a doubt the best CRM software out there. And they are bridging more and more gaps to becoming an ERP system, meaning soon enough you can do everything from within Salesforce. They have a Marketing Cloud, Financial Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. It's really well thought through and I think it will only go up. Also their licensing is super smart because the longer contracts you make, the cheaper it is for you, but after the contract ends, prices always go up. So basically you know that their turnover is only going up from here. They would have to really mess something up for their prices to drop significantly long term.
the $CRM is unable to break the down-trend since December 21. It has been trading below VWAP for a while now, and looking at the volume profile, we have some resistance between 210-220. All the signs "Could" indicate a continuation of this down-trend. weak support @183, if it breaks our next stop will be @175, which is not as strong of a support as 157 (range 152-163). I agree with the verdict of this video; from a technical point of view, 157 seems like a good entry point.
Great simple video again! Btw can you one time take a bit more time to explain about the “stock based compensation” and why you think it should be part of the gross profit, I’m a bit of a noob with this. 😅
Predictable cashflow generation is why I invest in CRM. Besides MSFT, there aren't any companies having such stable growth. Your exit multiple is kind of low for this kind of companies btw
Who knows but I highly doubt it’ll see $160 again, when based on its own fundamentals I think $180 would be a good entry. The Slack acquisition is what has really held the price down the past year (aside from the ATH rally), Wall Street think CRM paid too much for it, time will tell but Slack growth has been good and is bundled into most offerings. A solid long term hold though, with more clear runway of growth than other ‘blue chip’ like companies
This wasn’t your best assessment. CRM will and should be valued higher than a 22.5x earnings multiple with that type of growth. It should be more in the 30x range for their growth metrics as well as the sector they are in. So while I really enjoy your channel, your numbers here are wrong and therefore the upside potential is higher than you penciled out.

CRM @ $160. Time to revisit, perhaps?

I work at $RSG and I can tell you that our entire company runs on Salesforce. Without $CRM our company would be severely hurt
Thanks for sharing!
I am curious, what aspect of CRM products keeps RSG from being severely hurt? I am looking at investing into CRM stock
