AGM... if you're listening....make a Clarion with 2 power and 4 power as the base mag selections. Skip 3. Use 2 power for everything out to 100yds...4 power for everything beyond.
I like your way of thinking. Before I read this comment I wrote they should make a 2X / 8x. I might be a little optimistic but we are still thinking alike. ✌️
Ive only looked threw the older trail xp the, trail xp 50 2 and a reap ir35mm. How does the rh50r compare? I'm assuming same or better image then the reap?
Those are all great scopes but these modern models like the RH50R are significantly better. Give us a call when you’re ready, we’d love to have your business.
I think AGM slightly missed the mark on the AGM Clarion 640 2x / 3x. If they would have made a 2X / 8X with no image loss, that would be the best selling thermal scope on the planet !
The RH50R seems very similar to the Super Yoter LRF minus the bigger screen. For western coyote hunting I would be very interested in 2 base magnifications but NOT 2x3 which are so similar..... A 3x6 or even a 3x9 (like the most common day scopes) base power would be more appealing and useful.
The RH50R image quality is leaps and bounds above any image quality that Bering has released. The RH50R really is at a different level than what Bering has offered. Feel free to give us a call, we’ll be glad to help and would love to have your business. 877-350-1818
Thanks for watching! The Old Deer Hunter is still doing written reviews and blogs for us! He’s an awesome asset! Ashley is doing some part time behind the scenes work for us but he owns another business that has exploded and he’s had to step away to manage it. We can’t blame him and it’s been a huge loss to Outdoor Legacy but he’s still working with us as much as he can. We have a new salesman named Garrett that is awesome and one do the biggest all around hunters we’ve ever met. If it’s got a season, he hunts it or fishes for it!haha!
On the XG vs the XP50 there’s not only a base mag difference but a lot the MK sensitivity of the sensor…. The xg doesn’t do as well once humidity starts.
Thanks for watching. As we discussed in our review of the Thermion 2 XG50 it has almost the same image quality as the XP50. We said and still by our comments that there is way less than a 10% difference in image quality in the worst conditions. We tested them side by side in terrible humid East Texas conditions including in the rain. Once the XG sensor “warms up” for a few minutes its image is nearly identical to the XP. We believe the. NETD rating has become an over used and misunderstood spec for to many people. The XP is also a 17 micron whereas the XG is a 12, so on paper the XG should top the XP. Too often with these scopes the specs don’t tell the story that the eye sees. I hope that makes sense. Thanks again.
2 years ago, I purchased the pulsar n455lrf. Already, I can't buy a replacement battery. It's unique, and they don't stress that when you're about to drop 4 figures on their scam. I have to use a lesser battery. That will probably be gone in a year, too. Until I can buy a night vision that uses common batteries, I will NEVER touch another night scope of any kind.
There are MANY NV and thermal scopes that take generic 18650 batteries or CR123A batteries. The N455 LRF was discontinued many years ago, so if you purchased it 2 years ago it was already discontinued. There are lots of good options with regular batteries.

It's crazy that the iRay Bolt V2 TH 50 didnt make the cut.

Dual lenses 1.5&4 , 1024 Sensor w/ rangefinder 18659 batteries now that would be a good scope

The variable zoom is a huge tool/feature that I love!
Yes it is!
I bought the Rico Mk2 because I bought a Q The Fix in 8.6 and wanted the ballistic drop calculator.
Love these guys, great to do business with!
Wouldn't know, they don't return phone calls.

With far better picture than a yoter.
