I love my xl50 and I only hunt coyotes up here in Michigan. Always have my Picture in Picture at 14x. I have a iray rh50r also. What I like about the pulsar is I can set the pip to any magnification I want where the iray’s pip is always double whatever the base magnification is Pulsars ballistic hold over is spot on, I shot 2 yotes at 460 yards last weekend and have never even practiced at anything over 300. Awesome!
Fingers crossed Infiray/Iray is working on a RH50R with the adjustable objective lens and a dayvision sensor. That or a MAH50R like that. As a non hunter, it's hard to give up a magnified dayvision scope (optical or digital) and I want the LRF to go with it.

Spending the money in technology creates a “pause” so I want to know who has the best customer service, warranty & repair. Pulsar might be getting passed up a little by iray in regards to resolution, but Pulsar has always been very responsive to any issues I've had. That is hard to pass up for me. What say you on Iray USA in contrast to Pulsar in terms of supporting their customers?
IRay is the only company in the country to offer a 5 day repair or eplace policy. They’ve been in business for over 4 years and they’ve been honoring that from Day 1. No one else gives any time line at all for repairs. There has been times during the busy season that other thermal companies were running 2-3 weeks for repairs and iRay USA was still keeping up with their 5 day policy. Thats pretty impressive. Nothing against Pulsar either. We love them and think they make great optics and have good service as well but you asked about iRay and honestly, they have the rest of the competition back on their heels when it comes to service/repair times.
So hey, i have a broken Jerry c5, came un-clipped and found the sidewalk, i can not get a response from infiray, nothing, I’m getting a bit pissed with them, might mention i own a tx60c, and kinda want to get rid of it the longer infiray ignores my request for parts
That is not a US model, iRay USA cannot offer support or help with the Jerry as far as we are aware. Give them a call and see what they say, we’ve had no reports of anyone having any issues with iRay USA answering the phone and they answer whenever we call and we use the same number on the bottom of their website. Good luck!
What do you know about the Russia war sanctions affecting Iray? I've heard its caused big issues with them and others like Bearing who use Iray cores etc...
No sir that happened in May and it’s been business as usual. Inventory rolling in and new optics being announced and shipped. 6+ months ago Iray USA said it doesn’t affect them and from what we see that seems to be the case.

But tariffs may be an impact
N-Vision? What happen to new stuff?? To busy making money of the government ?? LOL
Nvision still a leader to this day! To be honest probably outlast all of the other scopes 😎
Government loves spending our money!
We’re always hoping to see some new exciting stuff from them.
