SMH Patient Celebrates Special Father's Day in 2024

Father’s Day 2024 will be a special one for Sarasota resident Brad Carver and his newlywed daughter Emily - it is the first Father’s Day gathering since Brad suffered cardiac arrest during their surprise father-daughter dance at her wedding in March. Fortunately, the wedding photographer, family members and other wedding guests were able to administer an AED and perform CPR until paramedics arrived.
