Hi Jeremiah, Thanks for your sharing. We consulted with our technician regarding the cut-off issue and confirmed that it’s due to a controller issue. A new controller has been arranged for you, and we’ll provide tracking information shortly. Please keep an eye on your mailbox for updates.🥰
@aniiokiebike yes but it makes no sense because the numbers are all over the place even when in only rear or front motor mode. The battery voltage reading also increases when under load instead of decreasing like all other bikes. The numbers don’t really seem accurate but maybe the new controller would help with this. I’ll give an update if so.
They sent me a set of new controllers but I’m unable to try them because the battery no longer works. I was in in a conversation with them about a replacement battery but I haven’t heard from them in 10 days even thought I’ve sent them multiple emails so I’m not sure what’s going on. I plan on making an updated video eventually.
It's a cool looking bike n it definitely goes fast. I was looking at it on Amazon and I was afraid it was to big because I'm also 5'3 and not many short female riders post videos. I appreciate you for the video and for participating your wife as well. I hope she can be on more videos because we short ladies need to see with our eyes that the bike is not to big. I hope she is in more of your videos so that us shorties don't get discouraged with these big looking ebikes. Guys are tall and we can't tell if the bike is a match for the hight we want. I wish more short woman did videos on their opinion on all these ebikes. Enjoy your week and keep up the great work on these videos. It's cool you can ride with one hand and hold a camera with the other be safe out there ❤
Ever since I discovered Aniioki bikes, I've found them amazing so far. The A8 Pro Max seems like a pretty decent bike and I'm considering one as a replacement for my Aventon Aventure. I like the fact that the Aniioki A8 and A9 are speedy bikes and can carry heavier riders like myself. I weigh 300 pounds and the A8 Pro Max can carry a maximum load of 350 pounds. That's almost close to its maximum weight limit for someone like myself, but I don't see myself carrying 50 extra pounds of stuff with me when I go riding. I might have to opt for the A9 Pro Max for that extra weight capacity. Its smaller profile makes me wonder if it's capable of fitting into my car and that would be fantastic if it can. I also like the additional power, giving it a top speed of 45 MPH. My Aventon Aventure can do around 30 MPH on PA 5. Another big selling point for me is the amount of range you get out of a charge. Aniioki advertises that you can get up to 200 miles on a charge, but I would be happy to get 100 miles or more of range because of my weight. That totally eliminates range anxiety for me on most rides around the area I live in. I sometimes I have to watch my Aventure's battery level while out on a ride because I can only do about 25 miles at best on a charge. I can also see myself going on long rides with this bike because of its range and still have enough of a charge to see me back home. I'm definitely looking forward to buying one of these bikes wether it be the A8 Pro Max or A9 Pro Max for the coming spring season.
The A8 DM is an overbuilt street beast that has alleviated my range anxiety thanks to the 52v 60mAh battery. Due to weight, she's not well suited for off-road use. As for the alarm, I'm good with it. It has been nice not having keys dangling from the bike, like how it was on my old folder. For my riding requirements, I don't see myself modding her for some time. Her specs, though not up with modded e-motos, does well right below them... which makes her great in urban street conditions (in LA County). Yeah, I can live with the nonsensical display stuff and non-existent cruise control. Finally, I had my share of time with customer service on issues that kept the bike from running out of the box. After a month of emails, videos, and photos, the appropriate part was received, and the bike properly came alive. Keep up the good work.
That’s great to hear they help you get it working and glad to hear you’re enjoying it. I agree with you and I do love the alarm, but I just worry about it malfunctioning possibly in the future. Thank you for sharing your experience. Cheers
Why would keys dangle....I have a folder...lectric 2.0...no dangling keys ! Why would you hang the spare with the main key....your not supposed to keep the spare dangling from the other key...that makes no sense...obviously you need to keep that separate so you don't loose both....oy...people are dumb.....if you got dangling keys you did that to yourself. My key stays in ...I just turn it to off when not in use....dah !!...my spare is on a chain around my neck with bike alarm and house key..... can't even tell the main key is there .........man ...why is it that the complaints on bike design is petty and usual due to user error or misunderstanding.
@@RPMacDid you consider that i might have both the bike battery key and a Kryptonite lock key on the same ring? Why would I carry the spare bike key with the one I'm using?
It’s a blast to ride and They sent me new controllers to see if it fixes the intermittent cut out from the front motor unfortunately before I got to try them the battery is l no longer working and outputting power and it’s been slow communication. I’m still waiting to hear back from them on that. They sent me an inverter to try and I think it may of had something to do with the battery not working now because it was 48v inverter and the battery is 52v. The inverter also didn’t work.
The knocking noise from rebound is nonadjustable. I guess the way they build it was without putting a rubber stopper inside the down tube.🤨. However, Aniioki customer services is indeed top-notched. They answered and they always delivered their best efforts to solve the problems. For instance, my front rotor was warped during the shipping. I sent them a video clip to show where the problem was, and at first they attached a video clip for me to follow to fix it but it didn't work out so I sent them email again and asked for a replacement (under warranty still)and they responded next day saying." A new rotor is on its way to me with tracking number." . What else can you ask for, right? Total satisfaction💯👍
I've been hearing quite the opposite about their customer service or lack there of .. im still doing research before I purchase this beauty but still on the fence a bit
ALMOST what Iam looking for Jeremiah which is a foldable E-Bike with dual suspension, thumb throttle, regen brakes and under 60 pounds and under $1000.00. Don't know if there is such an E-Bike. I have dual suspension, regen brakes, and thumb throttle on my Apollo Go 2024 electric stand up scooter and those features are a must must have on any scooter or E-bike for me. Thanks very much :) ...Cheers! *IcloneFun🤗*
Hi Jeremiah, remote key for ignition and alarm is fine. I'd worry more about the remote battery. I like my T42 keyed ignition for theft deterrent. T42 programming has full throttle in PAS-1. In Oklahoma, the A8 Pro Max would require a 1 time emoped tag and would not be allowed on city park trails. Power and performance of the A8 Pro Max is impressive! Do you know of any bike racks that could handle this much weight? Sadly, they discontinued their A7 Pro folders...
I'm sorry I wasn't too clear I'm talking about when you showed in the beginning of the video the shock bottoming out which is ridiculous quite dangerous
I was considering buying one of these. Your review and the description and video of the suspension (along with the bell chime) tells me this bike isn't for me. It might be fast but it looks and sounds like it's made of 100% Chinesium.
Wouldn't be my choice. Pedaling is almost worthless being geared so low. You're Ghost pedaling in no time. Hate the noisy shocks. Weighs a ton. No handle bar adjustment. Throttle speed linked to PAS power. My Ecell's 5 Star can do 40mph which is plenty fast enough for me and is the better bike overall in my opinion and for much less.
@nogoogle6349 lol who the heck is going to do 200 miles in one day on that or any ebike. There's no need for that kind of range. Maybe a 100ah battery would be even better? Most people wouldn't do 100 miles in one day on a ebike.
I see you were daredevil in it out there on the roads without your knee pads and elbow pads good thing you’re safe but I think our future rides should probably put on knee pads and elbow pads if you’re gonna be going break that speed of 46 mph. How much is a bike like that cost?
Haha yeah I’m always worried about hitting deer! There is a link to it in the description of the video but currently with my code JEM50 you can get it with the air suspension for $2649
I want buy this bike so badly but I’ve been turned off by the bad reviews on forums and on RUclips of people saying the motor and controllers failing and getting no support from aniioki or having to wait weeks on end for parts some people are fed up and are looking to just upgrade parts to better components but how many ppl can actually do that?. On paper this is everything I want on an e bike the range, the heavy duty build, the speed, but if the bike is giving problems out the box what’s the point this bike has so much potential but aniioki seem like they were skimping on some important areas just to keep costs low when if they put high quality parts I’m sure people would pay the premium.
To give you an update here from the issue I was having, from the day I mentioned the motor cutting off to the date that I received the new controlled was exactly 2 weeks. Honestly all ebike companies will generally take at least this long to figure out the problem and send you the parts needed. I know a lot of people will give negative feedback for having to put the parts on themselves but this is generally the way most ebike companies work unless you pay more and buy from a local dealer. Some companies do have local service centers and they might be better for those that can’t work on their own bikes but you will be limited to choices. ANIIOKI assured me that they stand behind their products and Personally i haven’t had an issue with replacement parts but I can’t speak for others. Cheers

Just a gentle reminder: the watt ratings on the left and right refer to the controller's instantaneous discharge current, not the motor output.😊
👍 Solve the issue so quickly

I’m 5’3 and I have the Aniioki 52v 60ah single motor version and the size of the bike is perfect 👍
@JeremiahMcintosh I'm definitely going to do that thank you 😊.

Does the bike or the 60 ah battery indicate a UL listing or label?

@18andlikeit it's not about the range, it's about the mod. That's why!
@@nogoogle6349 And what exactly is "the mod?" Can't wait to hear.
The seat was a little low as your legs were bent all the time even on the bottom stroke.
With a bike this powerful full leg extension is unnecessary.
Cheap suspension. No rebound dampening?

Here in Wales it would last about a mile before police take it lol good vid tho
I live in Wales and have the single motor Aniioki and you can set the speed to be legally on the road.
Fair play
How much? Don't do any product test without listing the price.
The link is in the video description for the current price.
