The coffin will remain in Edinburgh for 24 hours before it is taken to London.

I've managed to keep it together until this video. I'm from the USA, too. I loved Her Majesty, The Queen. On a happier note, her sense of humor was stellar; she was hilarious at times. There was an interview she was doing, and as she and the interviewer were talking, suddenly, there was a loud thundering of several aircraft overhead. She had remarked that it sounded like Trump was arriving, as she rolled her eyes. 🤣

The men who carried The Queen’s coffin how were they selected? This would have been not just a responsible job but terrifying as well. A normal requirement is that they all have to be the same height, same general build & strength. Please remember these are all professional soldiers who will be trained to do this for the funeral of killed / (retired?) Regimental colleagues and this duty will not be strange. I was kinda sure that she would follow phillip soon after his death she performed her duty most likely phillip told her not to follow him to soon . She celebrated her 70th corination day and survived one more prime minister and then decised to rest her duties fullfilled and philip waiting in a small tent in africa in heaven just like the days before she became queen.

I do not know much about Queen Elizabeth but when I heard that she joined the female UK army during WW2 and was trained as a driver and auto mechanic and served in UK I was very impressed by that. As a royal she was under no obligation to do that. While she was not exposed to the same combat as the front line troops she still was in danger as UK was attacked a lot with German V2 missiles and air raids.

She was the only queen which was accepted by both the old and modern world both and the only one who adopted the new world and worked all her life so gracefully. She was the queen of people heart.
What happen during the funeral procession , when a man shouted at Prince Andrew is so out of place.
If that man have single ounce of respect to his Majesty he should not do that.
I am not saying Prince Andrew should be forgiven Easley but we must be mindful of the solemnity of the occasion as a civilized men.
Prince Andrew isn't "his Majesty" that is given to the King or Queen. He also got stripped of the title his royal highness. He's not either anymore, and it's been heavily suggested King Charles will strip him off his prince title too.

Her funeral is a week today in London. Her body is lying in state in St Giles Cathedral to give the Scottish people the opportunity to pay their respects before travelling tomorrow to Buckingham Palace.
