I've inherited my Mum/Dads Kenwood. I love it (can't pin point how old it is but 25 -30 years). The blender broke, the dough hook with dough is too much for it. But the Mixer is as awesome as ever. Also have the mincer and processor in its original boxes - they were never used much and my family are anal. If Kenwood could guaranty 30 years use out of the new versions I'd pay $1000 tomorrow. I fear they don't make em like they used to.
@RMF2Cybervie , The KM010 is Chef model, bowl capacity 4.6L and the KM020 is Major model, bowl capacity 6.7L. both machines fit same attachments. except in model KM020 the whisk, the K beater and The dough Hook, ice cream maker, potato peeler and colander and sieve Is more large. but next all another attachments are same.
Wow, informational video! Though many accessories will not fit my mum's Kenwood Chef A701A that's still running perfectly fine this day. Having desperate need to replace my old plastic mixing bowl to a stainless steel one, but it seemed unavailable worldwide, not even online. :(
Hi, in some models the medium outlet its not available, these outlet its for citrus press and food processor, the citrus press you can attach in high speed, the food processor only for specific models km010, 001,005, 020, 030
Thank you for the vedio. Can anyone tell me about the diffrence between Kenwood Chef and Major? Is it the speed or what? I dont talking about the attachments. Please use simple English.
Hi, the difference between Chef and Major. Major is more big, more capacity. and powerfull motor 1500w Chef: normal standard and 1400w powerfull motor If you have restaurant, or big family or small business recommend Major models.
I'm really interested in a Kenwood (KM020) but seriously, 1 year warranty, and if you live in the UK there is an option to exend to 3 years. Compared to 5 or 10 years for two others I am looking at. This would be so perfect otherwise!
Oh man, what does commercial do with us :-D I would buy the "new" titanium 020, such a great machine! but is it really quieter?? thx for the vid, six stars (*smile) -> new quality standarts 4 kitchen!
Hello, the difference between Classic and Titanium is the powerful and quality. In the classic model the motor is 800w powerful, plastic cover, 3 outlets . Titanium series, motor powerful from 1400w. all metal ( non plastics parts ) heavy duty and 4 outlets .
Have you tried looking for the S/S bowl without handles (Google part 5031-6847-0270-1)? I've tried swapping that with the Kenlyte bowl on my mum's A701 (dark blue trim) and it works fine, with only a minor adjustment on the beater length. Recently tried the citrus Juice Extractor (A795/995) on the A701 and it worked OK too, except that the reamer was a bit difficult to remove after juicing, needed a couple of teaspoons under the reamer cone to help lift/pull it up and out.
NEED HELP!! i have a km210 and really need a manual for it.............can anyone give me maybe a web site or stear in the right direction, need to know what attachments i can get for it thanks
