Chef Hanbit, you are the most pleasant chef to learn from. I love listening to your clear and precise teachings. Make my mouth water... wish I have the pleasure of meeting you one .
I tried it today, it’s my first time making scones, and it was so successful and delicious! It tastes not too sweet and goes perfectly with jams. I mixed things with my hands, and it went so well. Thank you Hanbit! Trust you as always.
I have been looking forward to this video ever since you teased it on your page! I have never had or made a scone, but this gives me the perfect opportunity to try this recipe. Thank you, Chef!
It looks soooo delicious! 😍Your videos provide well-explained processes and are usually available inside a home kitchen. Looking forward for your not-too-complicated croissants recipe 🥐! 😍😍😍
I am in awe by your recipes they are too good....It's a treasure for us as sharing your knowledge and expertise as if you are teaching beginners.Thankyou so much for sharing your knowledge & passion of baking with us 💖💖💖💖💖
Now I want to make scones 😍 Where I live we usually make scones on a kind of yoghurt - buttermilk would probably come closest! It makes the scones taste even better.
Hello Hanbit Sir ..I use to bake scones using another recipe but this time I watched your video of scones so I tried it.. I prefer your recipe it's easier and no mistakes at all ! Love it!❤️
Made these today for breakfast. My bf asked “did you make this or did you buy this?”…he proceeds to finish 3 scones in one sitting and said “best scones I’ve ever had, even better than the ones in 5 star hotels!” Thank you for the recipe! :)
How incredible, I will definitely try it at home, there is one thing that I would love to learn and it would be like making mille-feuille, you could teach us, teacher!
I will definitely use ur method👌👌😍😍. Do i think if I substituted heavy with sour cream will the results be the same?? Also would love u to give us the recipe for savory scones some people keep asking for salty stuff. I love sweet stuff though😍😍
I'll give it a shot as soon as possible, hopefully tomorrow or the day after. Looks like a delicious scone, but I imagine it would be difficult to replicate in such a hot climate as Taiwan.
I really love to eat k things and there are so many people's who wants to eat k things. I am living in Pakistan where I can only buy things and can make things for myself. It will be so great if u create another channel for recipes of different Korean dishes ( just a suggestion please don't mind) . Wishing you more success in your life 😊

Chef, thank you for recipe. I am going to try it tomorrow. Can I ask, the temperature, is fan forced oven? My Smeg oven has fan and no fan feature. So using your recipe, I should turn the fan on (fan forced) and bake at 190 degree as written? And if I don’t use fan, i should bake at 210?
Thank you chef. I will try with the fan on. One last question, all your recipes are written with fan on? Including Madeleine and financier? Even genoise? Thank you again, learn so much from you. Where can I get your book in Australia? Not ebook. I love a real book. I guess i will read your korean recipe with google translate. So desperate 😂

Hi I have a question about the scone I made, I shaped my scones in a rustic way (ball shape) and during the baking, it became flat like a cookie. Do you know why that happened? 🤔
It's turn good and light however I can taste bitter and sharp from the baking soda ...I put 12gr baking soda with 320gr flour (I double up the recipes) ...can you tell me what kind of baking Power brand that you use? And does anyone have the same problem with me?
Hi chef, Would you like to try the recipe I use, its off RUclips but I can't remember who originally uploaded it but all credit to them it's a pretty nice recipe... I've tried so many of your recipes and thoroughly enjoyed them.. 😁i guarantee you ll like it😊 250g self raising flour 150ml pouring cream Couple pinches salt 50ml buttermilk 50 g grated butter (on the large side of grater, just grate it cold and then toss it in the flour and chuck it in the freezer... Nooooo eggs!! Mix the cream and buttermilk, you may not need all of it depending on your flour.. Everything else pretty much the same , mix everything with a fork then , stack it a few times but pat it out rather than roll.. Cut, chill and brush with cream and bake in a super hot oven.. I don't add sugar as this way you can have it with sweet or savoury ..

대표님 슈가레인 책 사서 마들렌을 비롯해 스콘을 하나하나 만들어보고 있어요
정말 너무 맛있어 이번에 카페 오픈하며 대표님 레시피로 만들어 보려합니다 .
