Someone gave me one about a year ago, and they burn so evenly and the sound is hypnotic. I had less than a quarter inch left and lit it. About an hour later the glass shattered! Thank goodness I was right next to it and able to avoid disaster. When she says to discard when it's down to a quarter inch, do it! (I found a candle recycling place) But my favorite candle of all time!
I bought a wood wick candle from somewhere besides you guys, and it wasn't lighting on my second use. This video showed me that the wick got too long after the first burn! Thank you for the succinct and educational video!
I wish mine didn’t have the plaid design on the outside. It’s such a cool looking candle but I can’t even see the flame from my bed lol. Smells great though, and sounds awesome.

I have a wick trimmer. I always use it to trim the Woodwick candle. I never blow out candles. I use the tool that turns the wick into the wax which causes no smoke. The large candles. Woodeick use the sniffer. I got the kit with all the tools needed for candles. I also use the rechargeable tool to light my candles. It hurts my hand using the one you have to press so hard.
They are beautiful and i love them ! But ...... the wooden wick is not deep enough so i am left with a half full bowl of wax and nothing else ! Expected more for the price paid !
I came here to see if the crackling was normal. Definitely would not have purchased it if I knew it made this noise. Does not sound like a crackling fireplace.
I love the sound, these bigger candles have a softer, more relaxing sound.

How do you extinguish these candles when you’re done?
Like... blow on them???
I was thinking "what's the point?" but I actually really like that sound.
Geoffrey I bought one today. Very relaxing while reading a book.

Can these be blown out like cotton wicks, or do I need to buy a snuffer?
Put the top back on

My candles always seem to fill my apartment with smoke, even when brand new. 🤷🏽♂️
