I can´t even start to explain how much your videos helped me over the years!
I've been considering building a pixhawk drone running ardupilot. I love this stuff.
Thank you for this product roundup - highly useful information!
Woo! I been waiting for a series like this! I'm currently having trouble getting the motors working with my 6c. I'm using a PM07 PDB with the 6C in a x500 setup.
You can watch it now using the playlist. First video out tomorrow.... Happy flying
Pretty interesting FC indeed, Lee! Thanks for the review! 😃
The build is going to be fantastic! That frame really looks amazing! I'm definitely looking forward to it!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks! 👍
Fantastic, really looking forward to how the technology is advancing thanks.
Can't wait to see you test RTK GPS just out of curiosity.
thanks for revisiting this one
Excellent, I shall be following along as I have an X500 V2 and the Pixhawk 6X I'm about to start experimenting with.
The series it is still in production at the moment but you can view the first two videos in the playlist if you're interested - ruclips.net/p/PLYsWjANuAm4rXSCRfiZkpuBmUP0u-lLby
looking forward to this series, I have the version 1 of the same quad, I have been looking into a gimbal for it. Reading my mind once again. Stay safe Lee

@@Painless360 cheers will have watch later on
Happy to realize that there are more affordable (but comparable) units available for the Cube Orange. Very interesting news...
You can also run Ardupilot on non-Pixhawk systems too. That can be a lot cheaper. See my videos on it..
@@Painless360 Got you. I already got hold of the Speedy Bee Wing FSC, which I want to test out soon. Not sure, though, about its capabilities when it comes to running on bigger VTOLs - this Pixhawk comes with two power sensor connectors, which is handy when running VTOLs on two different battery packs.
This build sounds awesome! I would love to learn more about an RTK build with pixhawk. I am looking at ways I can make money from this expensive hobby :)
Hey Lee, where are the escs in that frame, i have that frame here and i am trying to finish building it with 3508 motors, would an all in one 55amp esc be okay?
They are 20A BLHeli S ESCs. The motors are not super powerful and those big props and lower KV help with efficiency... Happy flying
Hello, I need help as I have Pixhawk 6c, As I have connected the wire wrongly my Pixhawk did not show any com when connected to the laptop after that. I find out the Ldo is heating , is there any schematic available or the part no so i can replace it
No idea, I'd contact the seller. I hope this series is helpful in showing you a safe, known process for setup when you get another. Best of luck.
I’m looking forward to this videos. I bought some time ago a cube orange and don’t know for what I should use it (was a special offer).

Documentation says Pixhawk 6c has Ethernet support. But it has no port for it. How to work with it?
I live in the USA. Is payment / shipping with Holybro (comes from China) reliable?
Is anyone in the US able to help this person?
RTK... Yesssss

Hi. What about the 6x? It is much cheaper
Same process to set it up. Different layout and connections.. see my video on it. Happy flying!
I don’t know how to connect camera with pixhawk 6c. Please help me.
What kind of FPV system?
Hi brother

I don't think I do. The setup is identical to others on the channel... Happy flying
@@Painless360 ook thankyou brother
Can you please make a video about the matek h743 v3 wing? I'm considering buying it but I don't find much videos about the v3, only about v1 and many people had problems with v1 from what I heard
If I get one, I will
@@Painless360 is it planned to buy one, and if yes, any timeframe?
Not soon. I have a lot of stuff I'm still working on.
Hi lee
I’m a long Time subs of yours
I’m stuck of building VTOL
Can you advise me how can help me ! Even if I will book him by the hour .
Love ❤️ from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
I have a number of VTOL series. I'd start there. ruclips.net/p/PLYsWjANuAm4oiN466dDDSrDK2MSczHzkE and ruclips.net/p/PLYsWjANuAm4qG372on-epTdEWy1nFeFS- best of luck
Thank you for the tutorials. I have only recently discovered the Taranis x9d plus and OpenTX and would like to thank you. I have learned so much in such a short time. Although I do have a Question!
Check out the Opentx mix school series as it covers the basics initially and then gets quite complated later in the series. Let me know if those videos don't show you what you want to do.. Best of luck
@@Painless360 Thank you for the reply. I have almost finished setting up OpenTX with a x8r for my 65 size nitro Extra 300s. my problem is that I have a Flex Innovations open stock flight controller that I'm having a problem with. I'm not asking you to make a video by no means.... Flex Innovations dose have a OpenTx model file for download to suit but my Taranis will not recognise it. Cheers..
What are you doing to have the 'Taranis not recognising it'?
@@Painless360 Im not sure Lee. Maybe the file is to old for the latest firmware???
