    • @Smokingblues
      @Smokingblues 16 дней назад

      @joshuaconti-bg9je I agree, my friend, unique is definitely an understatement. But is there a word for what he represents? Most will say we are fan boys, but not a bit of it. I'm in awe at how a man that came from the world he came from, knowing only neglect, a world with no spirituality,, no love, only pain and resentment, and when he became the greatest in the world? He was abused and taken advantage of by those around him who professed love him, imagine the sense of betrayal? Add in the media hatred, being lauded and derided for being an "animal," then attacked for the smallest suggestion he acted as expected?! And still, he became "Mr Micheal Tyson" is beyond me. and coming from that world that I just outlined. Obviously, the man can't read and right properly. You would probably be right if you said he was low iq, but that would be missing the point. How this man became a bona-fide philosophical mind is incompressible?!
      I can't put into words the sheer respect I have for such a man.
      I have an IQ of 142, and sometimes this guys incites makes me feel like an utter imbecile. Wisdom.
      Again, this man is a truly unique creation.

    The hardest thing a person can go through is loosing a child. His baby daughter’s passing, under such shocking circumstances, must have been an unbearable blow. I don’t know how anybody survives such heartbreak. The Mike Tyson we’d see in the 90’s with that murderous look in his eyes, he is gone, morphed, evolved, into this caring man who connects with the people he talks to. Blessings to Mike Tyson and everybody who has lost a child.

    I appreciate growing up in a time where we have such a dynamic individual. When I think of what a true warrior is, I think of Iron Mike. And not just what he accomplished in the ring, but more so the depths of darkness he's endured, while never losing sight of his light. And doing so while in the spotlight. A soldier of self, with a heart bigger than his fists. If I never get the chance to meet Sir Tyson, Id like to personally thank him simply for who he is. Legendary beyond the definition. Still pushes my driving spirit, and the loving warrior inside.

    It’s true. Mike Tyson became my favorite boxer when I was a teen not because he was tough and ko’ing guys. It was because I found out he was bullied. I found someone who was macho, strong, and feared. And he was just like me. Someone who had been victimized.
    Then I dug deeper and see he’s an emotional and very broken individual who’s been used, heartbroken, and just treated like shit. And that’s why he became so sensitive and explosive. He feels fear just like anyone else.
    That’s why Mike became so special to me. It’s like seeing your favorite warrior is no different than you. He feels fear, he feels pain

    He definitely did!! So refreshing to see men who express themselves in a way that most men say we can’t express ourselves. The reason we respect it… is because WE ALL KNOW who this man was and we can ALL see who he is now, and that was a beautiful moment.

I can’t possibly grasp what it’d be like to have walked in his shoes. He’s quotes come from real life experiences. Not from books.
