I guarantee there is some kind of intimate relationship between these people and the victim. Why else would a woman and her friends break into a man's home and tear it up? Police should be held to a higher standard because law enforcement officers are supposed to know better. These female police officers should have been immediately suspended without pay until the case is resolved.

Because of the prison privatization act in the 80’s the United States is the only country that actually profits off more people being in prison. This just seems so obvious to you and I. The public is harshly treated for breaking one of the thousands of laws that are on the books and it is easy to see why many people have no idea they are breaking a law or at least they don’t consider what they are doing as bad as it is. Police however have no claim to ignorance. Their employment is to actively pursue members of the public who break a law. They are quite familiar with what those laws are and it is all but certain that they personally have arrested people and written reports charging them with the very crime that they would go on to commit. Because they have full knowledge of what they are doing, along with the punishment that crime carries, it seems obvious that the punishment would be more severe. It is straight out of the corruption playbook for those who enforce the laws to use their position to get a far less severe punishment than a normal person would get. There are many tactics for achieving those means. One is to charge them with some very serious crimes to placate the protesting masses until it no longer sits in the forefront of everyone’s mind. Once the media quits covering the story and people go back to living their lives those charges will then quietly be severely reduced or dropped all together in some closed door session of court where the person can be then whisked out a back door and nobody ever hears about the situation again. Judges are all former prosecutors so they will always heavily favorite the men and women they have worked with hand in hand.
