We did it before! Unfortunately, businesses are businesses at the end of the day, sponsors might not be inclined to do it and also there were many complications in the whole journey.
Perhaps in future when we are more equipped and experienced to handle it then we will look into it again!

Hi there! The TV and sound bar power socket are in the TV console, and there is a feature wall behind the TV that hides the cable :)

Can you explain the balcony shades to cover the balcony and become and study and wardrobe, is the balcony renovated like how ? How about the heat ?
They are zip blinds that can contain the aircon in up to 99%! but we do have an external Dyson fan for days we don’t want to turn on the aircon!

It’s zipblinds! Can just open it whenever u want w remote and smart systems. We didn’t open it cause we didn’t want to reveal her location for privacy reasons!
Does it keep out rain 100%? Even the floors dont get wet?

Hi there! Zip blinds are used as the balcony screen. It can be controlled by remote and is effective in keeping out the rain even tho it might not guarantee 100% water tightness~

The balcony door is built in by the condo! But the smart automation is thanks to Koble (@koblesg). The blinds are purchased from MC2!

Overall lovely renovation. Only two things not so great of the cow dung colour of the cabinets and the ceiling height cabinets in the dining which is not practical without a ladder

i find cherylene's bedroom design came at the cost of practicality - the access to the overhead area above the hanging space in the wardrobe is 50% blocked by that curved panel piece, and with the cabinet extending so far out into the balcony - the wood laminate would still be exposed to weather elements, upon constant contact with water over the years the laminate has high chance of peeling. so close to the rain, heat and humidity outside, mould would be an issue. and she decides to place her bags and winter clothing there? I have zipblinds so i know the rain still gets in even though the blinds are down. not to mention the computer desk, it's a terrible location to place a computer desk. what if you forget to bring down the blinds or even if you leave it close 100% of the time, the rain still gets in, computer equipment would get wet (speaking from personal experience). Maybe it's just that the room is so small there's simply insufficient space...yes the design is *aesthetic* but feel like it wasn't that well thought out...

Right, previously the house was dimmed. But now there’s too many lights. Isnt that migraine-inducing too?
When it was dimmed, there’s nothing they can do to make it brighter. The lights now are dimmable and we can control the level of brightness :)
