Jordan feels like he was the first "modern" player. His style of game took over just like Baylor's style changed the way players dribble. Both injected a whole lotta swag into the NBA. I never watched Jordan but Kobe, Lebron and even Steph are so great because of him.
Elgin baylor play more like machael Jordan than dr.j does, ❤️ dr.j my hero dr.j original dunk on 7 foot nba 🏀 basketball players & flying to the basket to score more points
Unbelievable finish at 4:10. Only Jordan had that kind of body control and english around the basket. Incredibly rare game. Never seen highlights of this one before. Thanks!
I did some research and yea, Jordan barely wore the Jordan 1. Tbh, I think it's the thought that counts. Yea, he wore the Airships, since the AJ1 wasn't finished yet, but all the pictures and old ads of young Michael with the Jordan 1 is so iconic. I think most people would choose the Air Jordan 1 over the airships. Jordan did also wear the Jordan 1 in that one game where his foot was bleeding, and he still won. Although, I see where you are coming with this and it's definitely valid, but it kinda devalues the sneaker a little bit. But other than that, cool vid!

The Goat! I love Bron & Kobe but no one else even compares! 🐐🐐

Young boy better
It was cool to see Charles Barkley give Jordan a good foul then see them give each other a low five
That's good competition right there
The NBA in the 80's was FAN-tastic
80's were totally fantastic. Music, basketball, other sports, the sense of freedom, etc... I don't know why.
@@korgond Thats why I feel like I was born in the wrong era lol
I think NBA in 90s was better than 80s though 90s was more physical not to say 80s wasn't but I think 90s was more physical
@@coreyortiz9913 Both were great compared to the garbage we have today.
rare game,amazing upload!
How come you never appeared on Cheers? McHale and Boggs did
2:53 jump man
damn if i was the opposition, seeing jordan have his own shoe in his rookie year definitely would have brought fear into my heart lol
rudeboysilo 😂
competitive players will take it as an insult and turn it into a drive that would make them want to beat the rookie.
Thanks for sharing great quality.
What a pass at 3:19
Jordan is better than Westbrook here. His shots come within the flow of the offense and his passes are right on
Please dont compare the goat with the boneheaded westbrick
@@paulgeorge9228 ur right! My bad
He 6 times better from the other...but it take 6 more year from the first champion..unreal

Did the Bulls win here?
Daniel Sirbu I was thinking the same thing
No, unfortunately the 76ers won this game 109-100
Great video!
However, can we all please agree including free throws in highlight videos really ruins the whole vibe?
Nah
His eating Sixers!
