I was not feeling my last crotchet installment. It grew on my after a while but for the most part I did not like it and vowed I would NEVER do crotchet locs again. *sigh* This....this right here gave me life and hope. I am loving the pattern and the copper like color....i LOVE this. I think I'm gonna try faux locs again. You've convinced me.

I tried my crochet faux locs with a few flat twists cause my cornrows are a bit weak when I do my own. It was bomb, worked out just fine. Also I am lazy with a crochet hook, so I just pull the hair through with a bead wand instead. I live in an area where you can't really get your hair done so I have to get creative with my styles for me and my babies 😜
What the heck, what you do go to sleep and be like some famous writing, create hairstyles in your sleep. Good gosh, I spend helplessness and even took my hair completely out because I could not get the edges going when doing locs or similar hair. I look at this video and was like OMG this is perfect. Sis, let me just say say thank you sooo much. I have thick 4c mid back length hair and I’ve always struggled with my braid pattern. My braid pattern would always be bulky at the nape and it annoyed me so bad. I’ve wanted to try the versatile braid pattern for the longest but I can’t braid upward. I never thought to do single braids around the perimeter. This was genius. I took down my previous instal and redid my locs and it looks so good. There’s no bulky ness and my perimeter looks so natural. This will forever e my braiding pattern for crochets. Thanks so much 😘

I love the BO LOCS. I had them in Caramelt and OT30 as well. I did my whole head with individual locs. #NeverAgain LOL. I loved it but I will say this hair only lasts a month before it gets really tangled or sticking together. The color is EVERYTHING! You make me want to do them again. I usually do locs as a winter style. I like the way that you did yours. I may try this version because a whole head of individuals was a lot of work.
