Hey I’m an ASL minor and just wanted to say the sooner you start doing it, the quicker they pick up, and they can start understanding your signs as early as 6 months old but if they have more exposure early on (now for Lola) she’ll sign back quicker! You’re doing amazing!! And your kids will appreciate being able to express their needs before words are able to be formed❤️
absolutely!! i'm got my bachelor's in speech therapy and literally from the second they are born, if you start modeling language for them as much as possible they will benefit HUGELY!! baby sign is incredible and reading books with them and just narrating your life to them and exposing them to as many words as possible!! i love this
also i love how you said they can learn to express their needs before words are formed. that's gold

aspyn don’t put too much pressure on yourself to have kids super close together moving forward! i’m 7 years apart from my brother and 4 from my sister and it was awesome. you’ll have cousins, neighbors, and friends at school for the kids to not feel too separated by a bigger age gap! the big gap with my brother let my parents have a bigger cap between kids in college and high school and be more prepared for those things❤️❤️❤️

I'm struggling with the newborn phase. 😭 My baby is 3 weeks and has colic.
Bouncing helped my baby, bundling them up and going outside, Gerber Soothe Probiotic drops!!, car rides (sometimes), the vacuum noise, baths, outside prob helped the most. Goodluck! Colic babies are tough but it ends ♥️
Where is your top/dress from?
I don’t understand these babies who sleep so well, my 15 month of wakes every hour or two in the night lol she’s always been like that. She has a good consistent routine as well so I don’t know why. Even hired a sleep consultant who couldn’t help 😭
