Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Jiu Jitsu with Prof. Flavio Almeida

Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Jiu Jitsu is a 40 minute class focused on opening the shoulders and upper back as well as the thighs and hip flexors. There are a lot of techniques in BJJ that require a low, grappler's stance which tightens the shoulders, upper back and psoas muscles. This workout will help to open those areas and to help avoid injury.
