    I have been so sore lately, and had no idea why. I tried foam roller, trigger pointing, hanging, spinal decompression and nothing worked. Literally just this workout and I feel incredible and could sleep pain free. Thank you Sebastian, you have a new client!

    Quick testimonial. I've been doing this routine 3-6 days a week for about 2 months. I couldn't even do a lot of the stretches in the beginning and now I am super loose and fluid in and out of the gym.

    I did this one for a month and a half. I loved it but it caused mid and upper back aches while I continued this yoga on my holidays that I had to go to the hospital. Stopped it for a while. Hoping to catch up soon
