Quick testimonial. I've been doing this routine 3-6 days a week for about 2 months. I couldn't even do a lot of the stretches in the beginning and now I am super loose and fluid in and out of the gym.
I did this one for a month and a half. I loved it but it caused mid and upper back aches while I continued this yoga on my holidays that I had to go to the hospital. Stopped it for a while. Hoping to catch up soon

Sorry to hear that! Were you having pain when training already? Sometimes pushing into something a little too much can cause that 😌
