    This is a reaaaallly good selection of movements for general PT. I was already using about half of these in my yoga classes to balance out the repetitive movements of the practice. Cheers.

    Hey Flo! Great routine, you guys should do more of these type of videos, generic mobility practices are great for me as a Basketball player! As you said, it is great ti balance specific training and weight lifting sessions with generic movement practices. I would love to see more content like this!

    Hello, really like the video and your style. Being new to these practices, my goal is to increase flexibility and gain power over time to also relief my back pain. Which of your various programs do you recommend, as I see several. Used to be a athlete but as getting old need to put that body back in shape. Thanks so much.

    My shoulders felt so loose and great like never before!!!! I tend to hold tension in my neck and shoulder area and have occasional headaches that I feel are definitely connected. I have been practicing with both of you since the “lockdown” and feel SO blessed and grateful to have found you!!! Thank you both for what gifts you’ve given to so many ❤️Both of you with your constant gentle reassurances have made me feel so comforted and encouraged and this is exactly what the world so desperately needs right now.

    Its almost one month since I've started your yoga classes and I feel more alive and flexible. For many years I was training to build muscles and my body became stiff, especially hamstrings and lower back! Right now I can feel big diference so thank you so much!

    Kick-ass practice! While I can't do deadlifts anymore (low-back, unfortunately), the feeling in posterior chain at the end of all those bridges really reminded of that wonderful taxing sensation you get after repping out some heavier sets.

    Gosh, westerner need to understand that Buddha Statue is not for accessories, home decor, or whatever. Stop putting the statue on the ground that's very rude and disrespectful, put it on the table please. You'll never lay Jesus head statue on the ground just to make your decor look nice so why you threat other religions like it's just an accessories?

I started practicing your videos nearly a year ago to help manage stress while in grad school, and it has helped in more ways than I could have imagined!     Das war super und kommt jetzt zwei/drei Mal die Woche in meine Yogaroutine. Womit ich nur gar nicht klar komme, sind die Übungen, bei denen man nur auf den Armen stützt. Ich habe zwar auch meine Zweifel, ob ich sie von der Kraft her halten kann, aber mein Hauptproblem ist: kann es sein, dass meine Arme zu kurz sind? 😂😅 Ich kann mit geradem Rücken gerade so meine Handflächen gegen den Boden pressen, mich keinen Millimeter hochdrücken und dir nur staunend zuschauen ... 😆 Toller Kanal! Ich bleibe dran! 🙋🏼‍♀️

    Hey Flow, my name is Danny and I also train jiu Jitsu ( seen 2004). I’ve got a question. I had surgery on my ACL in which they took a tendon out of my hamstring for the ACL reconstruction. Been having Rt hip pain pretty bad. I’ve done the ignite series and it’s feeling a little better. Do have any recommendations on a workout specific for this.

    You seem like a nice couple and cool people, so I don't wanna sound like a lousy troll, However this is basically a Vinyasa flow just without naming the poses :)
    Personally I find the term "movement" to generic and almost meaningless because of it's lack of borders.

      Movement is often the term for people who associate Yoga or Vinyasa with spirituality, I think. It's a good video to target those people

    I absolutely LOVE the techniques, but above all, THE SPIRIT of this man.
    Every yoga I have done until now was useful from physical point of view, with Breath & Flow there is also a mental soothing every time I engage in an exercise.

    Hi all - love your yoga for BJJ! I'm wondering if you could make a video for shoulder health/opening especially related to BJJ. My shoulders are so incredibly tight that even the hint of kimora makes me scared. I've been doing shoulder opening exercises but would love to see what you come up with!

    Flow I loved this class. Similar but very different from your usual videos. Found the cactus particularly challenging. Also loved the reach over in bridge. More “movement” videos please.
