Naturally, I felt compelled to record another Death to all but Metal clip for comparison, this time using the THR10. Let me know if you prefer the THR10X version linked above, or the THR10 version shown here. THR Editor software settings are shown at the beginning and end of the video.
I recorded two main rhythm guitar tracks with exactly the same settings, one panned 50% left and one panned 50% right, playing exactly the same thing.

Guitar: 2009 Charvel USA Production Model So-Cal. Bridge pickup: DiMarzio Tone Zone. Only the bridge pickup was used to record this video. I keep this guitar tuned down one semitone and it matches the original Steel Panther recording.
