Intersting build. I have a few questions. Brp dual wield would give 6% more damage and damage reduction, plus major evasion. You lose the hot/ 3% crit and idk how the two dots compare. Also, with you already having major and minor expidition, would asylum dw give you the extra 450 damage instantly on cast? Then you keep the crit and get an execute... but lose the dot and hot.
Blackrose dual wield would be really nice in place of masters on this build for sure, extra tankiness and blade cloak is really nice for keeping up poisons. I'm not really sure about the asylum dual wield I've never actually tried it before but it sounds interesting
BRP dw is dope, but the 6% buff only last every 2 seconds, so you need to make sure you're constantly in range to get the buff. Master's DW is a lot more free proc damage and doesn't really require uptime management like that.

Almost spat my coffee out at that loading animation/computer error sound. That was great! This looks super impressive, but my cursed Aussie internet makes 2 bars in Cyro next to impossible. Do you have any oakensoul suggestions for a fellow AD nb? It's so limiting with skill numbers, but my lag is a nightmare, so between that and constant DK stuns, I may as well just be a one-bar corpse anyway :)
I hear you, server performance is even bad for ppl that live close to the server. Can't imagine how bad it gets for you aussies. For an oakensoul set up you'd probably have to run cloak strictly for survivability. So a plague + VD set up would be solid. But if you're looking for a non-bomb set up you could run wretched/Rallying cry + Orders Wrath with oaken
@@mistergram Sometimes the connection is great, but then most of the time I'm left wishing that my corpse had density so that people could at least trip over me. :) I haven't tried bombing, but after seeing your bomb video (that jump!) I might give it a try for the lols. There's a lot of EP zergs during the time I play that could use a good 'watch out for bombers' reminder. There would be no getting out of it alive (can't really see how I'd get a good heal on me) but I die for the Dominion anyway... @@Valeryu_Minka Yeah you for sure could make that DC + VD setup work with oaken soul. Balorg is mainly used for the pen so you'd want to run the lover mundus without it. I might look into making a one bar version of that build for a future video
Hi, i recomend orders/knight slayer for oaken. U force yourself to heavy attack so u have good sustain and with the correct cp ur heavies will leave people at nb combo range. As @Mistergram said, i go cloak, merciless, concealed, whirlin and vigor. (Maybe i change vigor for healthy offering if snake in the stars is meta). 3heavy 3 medium 1 light. Easy build to play but hard to master!
interesting & very nice play style brother! may i ask on how you get your resists that high? i’ve been messing with it & trying with hist/rally cry & brp dw but my resists are not in a safe spot haha!
Thanks! Yeah you can run balorgh instead of sea serpent and the 1 trainee piece and it would still work well. Might want to allocate some extra points in health to make up for dropping trainee though
@@celestialbird8409 Hey Celestial ! Yh very good survivability but you will need to put all your blue PC on damage and to know what you are doing with your nightblade for the damage part. It works pretty well for VX, sometimes, I'm Switch to Night Mother + Rally + Roksa for more damages ;)
It actually can't crit sadly. But it's proc condition makes it a very reliable set since you only get the heal when you need it and no cooldown means if you get a heal tick from the set and someone stuns/roots/snares you immediately after it will tick again and reset the 5 second timer. So you usually end up getting more than 1 tick per second from the heal when you're fighting outnumbered
Black rose dual wield. If you don't have that either then I would probably just run willpower front bar and replace the trainee piece with a willpower piece. Or look into running a different set than hist sap that is front bar-able
The only ways you could fit balorgh with this set up would be to drop the mythic and trainee. But I found since I'm usually casting incap around 150 or less ult most of the time that sea serpent provides more damage on average. The other way would be to run a damage set front bar instead of hist sap and you could keep the mythic and trainee but lose the masters dual wield. There's a ton of really good ways to run nightblade these days so just trying lots of stuff out and seeing what you like best is the way to go
@@mistergram thank you for your response 💯 btw how you deal with a dot dk? Out of all the classes and build types i have the most trouble with them. I think its one of the corrosive builds.
They're both really good but rallying cry feels kind of wasted having it on both bars. The other way I would run this build is RC back bar instead of wretched vitality since sustain is so good that wretched is kinda overkill in most scenarios
Yeah night mothers is really solid right now saving you that precious bar space on blade. So many good skills to run it's often hard to choose. The one thing I didn't like about this build was having to drop fear in order to fit blood craze on my bar
Haven't been in pvp much this patch yet but I would imagine it's still pretty solid. I do want to try that new Roksa monster on the blade though and replace Wretched with something else possibly
In my opinion, absolutely. If you use your shadow image well the snare isn't too hard to manage. But you can definitely use markyn instead if it's not your style. I don't recommend oakensoul for 1vXing as it severely limits what skills you can use. There's so many useful skills that nightblade has access to
hm... im kinda newish player and i just dont understand how do you deal dmg with full defensive gear and full tank CP, zero to none offensive stats on armor. can someone please explain? how do you get 6,3k fully buffed SP? serpent coil cant possibly provide that much dmg right?
This build has a ton of buffs built into it that stack together. Power extraction provides major sorcery and minor courage, my poisons front bar give minor sorcery, sea serpent gives major courage and major berserk, camo hunter gives minor berserk when hitting a target from the sides and back as well as 3% buff to wpn/spell damage passively. And when you hit someone with incapacitating strike they take 20% extra damage. And on top of that targets are debuffed by elemental susceptibility which reduces their armor by nearly 6k and puts minor vulnerability on them. Concealed weapon passives gives 10% damage buff whenever major expedition is refreshed. On top of all that the build has a very high crit damage modifier since I'm a khajiit and running the shadow mundus. So with all these things together, critical strikes hit very hard
You can spec into weapon or spell damage on this build and the damage and healing will be the same. If you go the weapon damage route then you would just change to brutality draining poisons front bar instead of sorcery draining
Really trying to get away from rallying cry since it's used for almost every open world / X build. This build definitely has damage though when you get crits which is what it's built around

you can easily burst through passive healing sets i have tried my self running hist sap in bgs and i still get deleted most times.
