I agree lol
Sweet ride
I love following the build man. It's your car so you build it how you want it. Congrats on hitting 1k subscribers. I'm claiming it!
Hahahah thanks man 🙌🏽
i love your videos, super well put videos and really entertaining! gives me so inspo not to give up on my s2000 !
thanks, man! keep building!
HydroPHILIC 👌🏼

I love the honesty about the spoon calibers😂, do what makes you enjoy the car
😂😂 yeah, man! You get it!
The Spoon calipers will have the same bite as factory; it's the modulation and feedback where it outperforms. If you add giro disc rotors then you'll have a mini-bbk. PMU CR pads are also a good option for brake pads. That's the setup I use.
@@ayowser01 wow, thanks for the feedback. tbh, i felt a little guilty spending the money on the spoon calipers mainly for aesthetic purposes but its nice to know theres potential for better performance
@Zaahid Rahman They definitely outperform the stock brakes. The drawback - in comparison to other larger brake kits - comes in the form of overheating. I only use my car for canyon driving and have yet to overheat them with this setup. I have overheated PMU HC800+ The calipers are definitely worth the coin. They retain the factory brake bias and you can still use oem rotors/pads- if you don't drive aggressively.
Making me want an s2k of my own even more keep up the content! Holds me over till I can buy one of my own
thank you! i hope you get yours soon
Nice s2k... you can't go wrong with anything Mugen!
Great plans, man. I recently found a video from LHT Performance that gave me some direction for a solid set of track brake lines from Goodridge. Search up this video, "LHT AIRBOX MOD and TRACK Prep". Godspeed!
Man, i love lht lol. Ill have to check that video out when i do the brake lines. Thanks for the suggestion!!
love that shift knob. Had it on mine. You should get the Acuity shift collar to prevent the shift...bag?(lol) from sagging.
that's a good idea. ill include one when I switch back to the stock shifter.
Sup man, this is your older brother Zahid from another mother, in East Coast. Would love to touch base with you when I visit my family in SoCal later this year. Big S2K fan, proud owner of a 3G 6MT TL last 10+ years.
Hahaha whats up, man. shoot me a message on IG @zaahid_rah and we can plan something when youre in town. In the bay area btw
Great looking S2000, inspired me to buy some parts for mine also! I been thinking of getting the mugen ss wing also, but the fact that it requires drilling makes me second guess... I currently have the CR V3 wheels on mine but would love a set of the mugen mf10, think it would look amazing on my NFR (checking kingmotorsport everyday for updates ;)). Keep it up!
Everything looks good on nfr lol. Shoot kingmotorsports an email and they will keep you in the loop on mf10 restocks :)
Thank you!!
Very beautiful car bro. I truly miss my AP1. I had to sell it a few years back because at the time due to financial difficulties. Thank God I got over that slum and now I’m doing much better off in life and because I wanted that open top S2k like drive experience again however without the manual this time because I’m older now and my knees are going bad so I decided instead to buy a brand new 2022 BMW Z4 M40i in Misano blue and I truly love every single thing about that car just like I did with my beloved S2000.
Thanks!! The s2k is a great car but it sounds like you now have a great, upgraded replacement in your z4!
Yeah there's a bad bad one in Roanoke too
You might want to consider a proper diff as your factory one will go bang at some point, if you are doing any kind of decent motorsport with the car.
Your build is inspiring! Been watching for some time now, and each video I watch just makes me want to throw more money at my S. Quick question: how far out does the hub, quick release, and steering wheel push from the turn signal? Been wanting to throw an aftermarket wheel on, but do not constantly want to reach for my turn signal each time I use it.
Theres about a 2.75-3 inch gap between the turn signal and the steering wheel. Ive never had an issue with accidentally hitting the turn signal. Not sure if thats what youre asking about but i can send you a reference pic if you message me on ig @zaahid_rah
Thanks man! I appreciate you tuning in. Keep building that s2k :)
Mita MF-10 replicas supposedly fit Spoon calibers.
thats true but for $3k+ i feel like there are better options out there
@@zaahidrahman yeah, look forward to what you go on Yahoo JP. I need to start checking it out too.
All that money is into the build and cheap out on tires. Definitely recommend better tires. Beautiful S
Ehhh, i generally dont drive anywhere near the limit of these tires… I’ll upgrade tires after a little more seat time on track :) for now your boy is okay being slow lol
its a good think you brought up about the mf10 not for sale i was just going to message you lol
😂😂😂
Mugen mugen mugen
I know you're using the NSX button, but for the mugen button, did you mock it up or anything? I'd love to be able to use my mugen button for my mugen wheel, but its too small by design and I think I need a button retainer ring or something. But I've never used one before so I'm not sure.
I actually never even tried to set up the mugen horn on the wheel. I have it sitting here in storage somewhere. ive been considering picking up the suede version before they discontinue it so i may try then.
You make me want to start a RUclips Channel for my S2000s. Hmmmm...😍
hell yeah, do it!! we need more s2k content on yt
@@zaahidrahman Maybe just maybe!!
I have an s2000 and it’s a bit old and worn, but I OVE IT! I just wanna know how the hell people afford these mods!?
the s2000 has definitely aged well! dont tell my wife that these mods are expensive 😂
What about the hardtop?
good point lol. lucky for me, the OEM hardtop came with the car when i bought it.
I think you forgot about the keyhole cover mod :)
I knew i forgot something!!! 😂
@@zaahidrahman And the mugen license plate bolts ;)
One thing I would also suggest being one of your next mods since you’re planning on tracking it is get a Mishimoto aluminum radiator. Definitely want to upgrade your cooling system especially on hot track days.
Thanks for the suggestion!

Sebring Silver yea?
silverstone
@@zaahidrahman no kidding. The lighting really made it look more silver than grey. Dope!
Im curious about that hardtop. How much trouble is it to remove it? Does installing that top mean you lose the convertible/soft top?
Its an oem hardtop. It fits over the soft top while its in the down position. In order to use the soft top you must remove the hardtop. It takes two people to remove it comfortably.
You should name your next kid Mugen
😂😂😂
I can bench more than you
For my next mod, I will be taking steroids 😆
