We need indegenous people to be more visible and lead us: All of our livelyhoods depend on it. All capitalists are destroying the earth for profit and using our working class labor to do it.

Sugiro que pesquise sobre isso . O Ministério dos povos indígenas ( originários do Brasil) , e necessário. Só os indígenas sabem quais são suas demandas e eles têm capacidade de gerenciar suas questões, quando se trata de problemas que não atingem as populações NAO INDIGENAS. Porque eles vivem em territórios próprios, ancestrais...falam línguas diferentes , tem culturas diferentes entre si...Há alguns que vivem nas florestas e ainda não tiveram contato conosco .Esse MINISTERIO atende essas populações no Governo brasileiro e no exterior. Esses povos não representam nem 1% de nossa população, mas são muito importantes, porque nos territórios onde eles vivem, a NATUREZA foi preservada por eles. Sem eles e seus modos de vida sustentáveis, TODOS os Biomas brasileiros já teriam sido degradados. As terras são de propriedade do Estado brasileiro, mas , são de uso exclusivo dos ORIGINARIOS, como um assentamento perene e hereditário.Quem cuida das terras são eles, e por isso, tem que ter autonomia . Inclusive porque a pressão dos madeireiros, garimpeiros, invasores de terras, traficantes de biodiversidade, etc...E grande nesses territórios preservados.Os brancos cobiçam e querem derrubar as florestas , construir prédios, criar gado ,fazer monoculturas...E agora , com esse Ministério, fica mais fácil para os indígenas, se defenderem e defenderam a floresta amazônica, a caatinga, o pantanal, floresta atlântica , cerrado...E todas as VIDAS que existem nesses biomas.
You’re telling us we need more bureaucrats on government payroll to more effectively represent a small minority of people. We don’t. The Ministry staff should be dissolved so they can get a job in the private sector. If you feel this role is important and necessary than you can find like minded people to pay you directly from their wallet and not via tax dollars. I can be generous and state you have good intentions. Your solutions approach using government tax dollars and bureaucracy doesn’t work.
