Ezee, you should do your meal prep while also using intermittent fasting AND use your favorite foods in your meal prep. You love carbs too much to cut them out of your diet long-term, so you'll regain your weight faster, but if you continue to limit your carbs once you stop your meal prep your results will last longer. Also, drink a bottle of water before you eat, eat veggies first, limit the amount of food that you put on your plate, eat slower, chew longer, don't eat out a bag (pour some into a bowl)--and it's best (especially since you're adhd) if you eat without distractions.
