I appreciate KP Yohannan in what he is doing and with all due respect he needs an unbiased perspective on Church history. He shouldn’t just say what he needs to say to keep certain factions happy, with whom he is trying to integrate his church. Two points which he said, to which I don’t agree and are absolutely false are given below. 1) CatholicChurch came into existence after 1000AD. 2) St Thomas brought the liturgy of St James to Kerala. (Its date of composition is still disputed, but most authorities propose a fourth-century date for the known form, because the anaphora seems to have been developed from an ancient Egyptian form of the Basilean anaphoric family united with the anaphora described in The Catechisms of St. Cyril of Jerusalem.)

Yes, not the first time. He repeatedly seems to try to agree with his interviewer to move the question away from the answer, then doesn't get to a solid answer. When asked by Orthodox, he elevates Orthodoxy; when asked by evangelicals he minimizes and says they are not Catholic.. And never did answer about the illegal activity in the USA

Anglican church has two divisions - High Church and low church. CNI and CSI churches belong to low church segment. Low Church has no apostolic succession . If somebody looks EBC from that angle ,it cannot claim to be a true orthodox church.

I appreciate KP Yohannan in what he is doing and with all due respect he needs an unbiased perspective on Church history.
He shouldn’t just say what he needs to say to keep certain factions happy, with whom he is trying to integrate his church. Two points which he said, to which I don’t agree and are absolutely false are given below.
1) CatholicChurch came into existence after 1000AD.
2) St Thomas brought the liturgy of St James to Kerala.
(Its date of composition is still disputed, but most authorities propose a fourth-century date for the known form, because the anaphora seems to have been developed from an ancient Egyptian form of the Basilean anaphoric family united with the anaphora described in The Catechisms of St. Cyril of Jerusalem.)
