I am so happy to see Thrill Drive attract movie. I think I have no chance to see TD movies foreign ver but now I can see it because TD lovers made many actions! Thank you very much. ありがとうございます!
Hell yeah! 😎🥳 Now, since we got all 3 versions (Japan, USA & Europe), we can do something like "Attract Compilation: The Complete Collection". I also notice the following: 1. Mirrored perspective-ness (because it's in Europe - presumably France, due to the English version of the arcade flyer of this game that the proposed "Arc de Triomphe" was seen in the beta versions. But it turned out that it didn't showed up in the final version, and who knows?) 2. Mixed up USA-esque - large-vehicle part (in the intro), with the only roundabout in the whole game. 3. The train is "Code 404" (red hatchback car scene) = only seen at the very beginning of the course; as opposed to Japan. 4. The only totally normal scene (for Japan and this, except the USA) - is the Fiat Barchetta ramming onto a large container truck to the right. Plus, did you know that the bus' texture (NPC) in Europe course - was used from OG GTI Club (1996)? It's really fascinating that they'd reused it until this game came out. Plus, I had seen some of the images before (Europe ver.), example is this: www.jadejeux.com/fr/konami/353-thrill-drive-twin.html
Sadly ver EAB still has Japanese and English languages, probably i going to see for NWK-TR version if i find anything new, maybe I'll do a gameplay with this European machine.
@@thattasone I could really think that the developers (of Konami) back then were "rushed" on the language selections, just didn't gave a damn (care) - or otherwise, any country has the "Japanese community" in their hood I guess. That's just my own theories. Fortunately though, the 2nd (and onwards) series did their proper best for language localizations. Also, for me, if there's no major differences except the language and the tachometer positioning (in the I/O Initialization settings found, along with the Transmission type [Up-Down or 5+R gearing]), then I don't know what would be the point, with respect of course.

@@TASTomusan seeing all 3 regional attract intros, i wonder if there would be a side by side comparison of all 3 attracts.
@@hueyfreemanhisanimatedfrie925 Maybe coparing those versions on a single hardware?
Still love how even this intro has the Mustang take a few corners before crashing.
It's just a Thrill Drive attract tradition now.
90% similar to Japan's attract and only the roundabout scene being a part of the US attract.
It's just the sides of the roads the cars drive on
I love this game very much. Is that the best game play with mame 0.25 so far?
yes but with bypass otherwise an alt is 0.148 since handles better than 0.147 issue had
