This is an impressive emulation, pretty much everyone else's Thrill Drive runs are full of performance and audio issues (especially with the post crash music)
So the sky gets dark after one accident and the music changes. Lightning after three accidents.. Are there any other darker consequences for subsequent accidents?

I genuinely had no idea that there were so many secret characters in this game?! Honestly the idea of a bull, a cow, and two pedestrians literally outpacing multiple speeding cars is genuinely hilarious 🐄💨🚗

The game is best played with an analog controller if you have one. I only adjusted the pedal analog, not inc or dec, because those are for when you aren't using an analog controller. If you don't have an analog controller, you'll want to play around with the sensitivity and digital speed under "analog controls", although I can't tell you exactly which settings to use there, or if it even works on this particular game. Also, I had to go into the options menu and use the steering wheel calibration, because it normally doesn't seem to turn far enough to either side.

I remember it was 1.4.7 mame I used and if you press tab you can see all control (you probably already know) and I find control from the control inside game (on page 2 on down of the player control) I could try fix the sensitivity but the important part is the gas and brake pedal. I only found some control Y and X but on the pedal 2 and pedal 3 didn't say any letter it only say n/a so that the problem only. Thanks!

Pedal 1 is accelerate and pedal 2 is the foot brake. MAME appears to be missing a way to use the hand brake. Pedal 3 is the clutch pedal, which I never tried using. How do you switch camera views? Im stuck in the driver seat view Secon question: how do you select cars/map? I cant select them Third: what are your keybinds?
The start button is what changes the view. If you can't select other cars or stages, I think that means you need to go into the service menu and do the calibration for the steering wheel. I don't know exactly what you want to know about what buttons I use, but I did set the analog joystick for better steering.
I'm sure you'll have more success looking it up, but I still can give you the short version.

I can't say which folder you would need to add this .7z to, but I have it one folder up from the MAME exe. Nope. Once you reach the third accident, there's no additional consequences other than lost time and a fear of driving

I used version 0.150. No special settings.

You probably have an underpowered CPU. You need a 5.2 GHZ+ CPU to play at full speed

How do you select stages? I can select cars with joystick, but stages are not selectable.
You would need to go into the service menu by pressing F2, and then go to calibration to calibrate the steering wheel.
How do you disable the mirror?
You can't normally do it, but it's possible if you put this in your thrilld.xml cheat file.
