    Hello, I come from Vietnam. I'm glad to share with you and everyone watching this podcast❤❤ I wake up at 6 a.m., then I spend 30 minutes reading book. After that, I make a to-do list that I gonna do in the morning, then I do some basic exercises. Next, I brush my teeth, have a mild breakfast, and do other daily routines like skincare. And nearly 7.30 a.m., I start to accomplish my morning tasks.❤❤ LOL ❤❤

    I wake up around 9-10 am. Then take a shower and apply cream moisturizer , sunscreen and getdressed . Finally i go to work at workplace.

    I wake up early, around 5 a. m. And I start my day with bible verse and prayer. And 10 minutes walk and meditation .After take a walk, I have a breadfast with noodles and a glass of warm water.

    I wake up around 5:30 a.m. And I pray el fadjer, recite Qur'an and sometimes drink a glass of water to keep my hydration and write down my journal

    hi everyone, i’m glad to share with you and everyone watching postcast❤❤, i wake up at 6. am, then i spend 30 minutes jogging in the park and connect with nature such as the sound of birds, sunshine, breeze, trees, and blades of grass….after that, I take a shower and eat breakfast to have energy for a busy working day, it‘s time for me to go to work, goodbye everyone, have a great day❤❤❤❤

    Hi, I might have answer to question. I suggest that you should have to wake up early in the morning. because that way you have more time. and then, you can control your time. and second question, During the day, I usually like to meditation and drinking some coffee. that routine is so good for me. Meditation is clear for my brain and body. and coffee makes me wake up faster. Literally, I recommend that this things. thanks :)

    I get up at 5:30 am then I take a bath 🚿 , then do work out and eat breakfast and take a walk after having breakfast. I like to listen to some music , Thai songs. These are my routine.

    Hi! I’m glad to share with you and everyone watching this podcast. I have clear plan with time for work and rest. During the day I eat healthy food including 2-3 fruits and smoothies. I do simply exercise. I usually go for a walk in the morning.

    Hello, especially in the morning on weekdays, I wake up around 6:30, then clean my face and teeth and use a toner pad for skin care. Then, I meditate or pray for about 15 minutes. Then I make tea and prepare a lunch box for work by having breakfast. Then, I have a shower, wear makeup, and leave the house for work by car.

    If I talk about my daily routine I wake up early in the morning. Go fresh, clean my face and teeth, take a bath then exercise after that I take breakfast.

    I think we can blanace between the things that we can make a plan or we can encourage us en examble this day if i could finish my work i can watch a fim with my family ... to be healthy i can walk 10 min
