I would let people In but not with build on also I sometimes I make my maps in one save I just separate them, sometimes I delete to cause Im maxed out on saves now

Tilt a 3 way thin-wall on its side then double tap the rotate button and put it oposite repeat vertically for how *t a l l* you want this to be and depending on how *l o n g* you want it to be, leave a space inbetween it to be filled in with a tilted half wall. Then, tilt the item you want until it is vertical and it’s back is touching the shelf/surface which when the game starts (because Piggy forces items to be flat) will make it look like it on the shelf.

Just use a shelf decoration, colour it and do the item rotation trick I previously said.
