Honda Accord not starting with buzzing noise behind dash

I changed out mine but still buzzing. It starts everytime if i turn the key quickly. Otherwise it makes this weird buzzing faulty connection noise. Gonna try ignition relay next i guess?..

We replaced ours with no prior dash buzz. A few months later it appeared. Didn't happen before.
