I'm in so much L3 to L4 pain that I might consider this procedure. I have disk degeneration and a bone spur. Not fun stuff to deal with. It affects my everyday life in a big way. Thank you for this video.
Just had a pro disc placed in my C6-C7. Awesome so far. I do have lower back issues as well. If it comes to the point for lower back surgery, I would do this in a heartbeat.
@@robiulahmed I ended up having mild discomfort for abt a year. Slow healer. Everyone is different. Now no issues at all. I can barely tell I had the procedure. Personally I wouldn't lift heavy weights. But I do just about everything I did before I had neck issues. It sounds more scary than what it is.
@@JH-yk5se Thanks. I herniated a couple of lumbar discs 22 years ago, and now every time I get into the flow of lifting weights, I end up having to stop. I’d just like to be able to run and lift weights again without that lingering feeling of doom! If it goes again, I’ll consult my doctor about it.

I wouldn't ride dirt bikes like I used to. A close friend also had this done. He rides a harley almost daily. He also goes on long rides. No issues.
I had an Anterior and a Posterior fusion to my L4,L5,S1
