I absolutely agree with Ms. Dhillon's contention beginning at 30:15 that if an employer attempted to circumvent the EEOC's authority by way of an arbitration agreement it'd most surely constitute retaliation under Title VII ......which is "typical" of employers, I might add. (my words).
