Did you add a reverse coil to the motor or does the motor controller do that or the manual gears puts it in reverse

I was appreciate your work, I just wanted to know if is this motor work for those vehicles who have front load engine but we want to make a dual system which operates in front from petrol/diesel and when in traffic we use this motor system to push vehicle slowly forward how was the idea and ping me if you able to do this dual model.
You can use hub motor which can be fit directly to wheels
Its good to make a dual but it will increase the weight by more than 150 kilo

Motor mounting should be durable and need to join both motor body together....because if car goes into the pothole it may break the motor shaft due to vibration impact

Incredible to see how you work with so little tools. I would have removed the gearbox though. A chain drive for each wheel, and that´s it. I see you seem to use AGM batteries.
what about the differential? steering would become hard.
A chain drive seems to have a very high efficiency. At least that's what i understood from a comparison video for bikes with different power transmission techniques.

At least you hear the electric engine rev like a combustion engine so you know when to change gear.
What about cooling fans of motors.
Impedance of conductive wire coils will increase with heat buildup will reduce efficiency. That matters in EV.
You should have drained the oil before removing the engine ( nice work by the way)

да только на сколько км хватит этих аккумов и сколько полезной нагрузки ?По взгляду хватит всего на пару километров ,да и то если от автомобиля один пустой кузов . Это никакое не нон хау ,такие автомобили были ещё в СССР в моём детстве ,такие электрокары использовались на рынках ,для перевозки ящиков с овощами .Смысл повторять давно забытое старое ? Вот если бы как тесла ,современные ёмкостные аккумы и система электроники ..А так ничего нового ,изобретение заново велосипеда . Самый главный вопрос и сложность в этих "новоделках" это ёмкость аккумуляторов и минимальное потребление энергии при высоком кпд .Пока ещё никто не придумал "атомные "батареи ,так что человечеству ещё далеко до совершенства .
@@rubenhayastan4854 Лично я в электротранспортной теме уже больше 10-ти лет и я не вижу смысла оспаривать выбор мастера что он строит и как строит. Это не изобретение и никто на патент не претендует, просто Индия бедная страна и они лепят "электропомошников" из выброшенного или проданного по уценке хлама. Сколько он проедет не важно, всегда можно докупить батарей и проезжать дальше. Дело это никому не вредит и не редко такие самодельщики скупают б/у двигатели, контроллеры и даже батареи с тех же лифов или теслы. А вообще упоминать теслу здесь не стоит т.к. машина чисто маркетинговая и только для состоятельных граждан. Да и в принципе Маск поднялся за счёт рекламной компании и ничего нового он не изобрёл, а лишь распиарив своё производство привлёк кучу инвесторов и по сей день находясь в долгах перед ними. То что электротранспорт это не новинка видимо даже при СССР об этом не знали, ведь первым на свет появился электромобиль, который по сей день стоит в музее и ему больше 100 лет, а уже потом появился автомобиль на бензине. То что в совестком союзе были электромобили знают все но они вымерли быстро и на место багажника люди стали устанавливать бензиновые моторы об этом есть ролик у Ивана Зенкевича.

Correctly made Hindu, threw 2 pot from this machines.It's light. Handed over in scrap metal. With this money I bought a controller, added rupees, a couple of motors, connected them! That's right, distributed power. the throttle stick from the electric bike. Welded the frame.Shoved it all in and drove off...Only dust is worth!The Tato Nano, the concern is, learn!!! Cry Elon Musk! Already in India they make electric cars!
