I’m watching for my husband because I’m the one who takes care of/trims his beard 😂 he does his oils after his shower but the rest is all me cause if I didn’t take care of it, it’ll be wild hahaha. But at this time of yr I notice his beard is way more dry so just researching to help that out.
After 8 years I've realized that water, coconut oil, and Dr Bronners soap isn't getting the job done for me lol 😂
@@lastspoil5547 I’d think Dr bronners soap is not ideal for beards. It can be very drying so I usually have my husband wash his beard with my homemade goat milk soap with is great. Only time he gets a bit dry is in the winter and I was trying to find something in addition that could help this.
Do you apply the conditioner on to the skin for a deep conditioning? When you do normal daily conditioner rinses do you only apply to the hair?

I’ve tried almost everything to make my beard grow thicker… longer but nothing is working… my beard is super dry which causes it to break really bad. Ive even tried the shower cap method but my beard still Can’t seem to hold moisture long. What I’m trying to say is…. HELLLLLLLLP!
U probably need 2 drink more water. Bad diet & dehydration can lead 2 bad beard health

Yes, peppermint essential oil mixed with a carrier oil (almond, jojoba, etc.) promotes healthy hair growth. Also rosemary and tea tree essential oils. And drink a liter or two of water everyday.

I don't want to cut my beard anymore to much short, i want to keep it long medium along with my hair.
One method is to pick your beard out, run a comb down through the ends and clip what sticks out. But I'd suggest going to a barber to have them trim it.
Can I used beard serum as a beard oil or I need to get the beard oil separately ?
Yes you can use beard serum as a beard oil.
What about grey beards ? They tend to be dryer than black beards would you do the same routine ?

I did not cut a hole because I want to trap the heat. If you steam yes cut a hole to allow the steam in. But for this routine no. It would comprise the treatment.
How long do you use the blow dryer?
Depending on your beard hair some cant do more than 30 min or it would get damaged but then theres other beard where they gotta do it for longer than 45 min on rare occasion each beard is special

So what’s the difference between a deep conditioning treatment and a stream treatment because it’s like the same thing to me you apply the products over it with shower cap you apply blow dry for heat where you use the streamer for heat the same way ??
Steamers use actual steam to hydrate the hair. The deep conditioner, is simply conditioning the hair, not necessarily hydrating the hair. A blow dryer is used to warm the conditioner so that it penetrates the hair deeper than it would in it's original state.
Can i do this twice a week one with the steamer & then do the blow dry?
