If it's 10MM and it's not made by Underwood, Buffalo Bore, Grizzly, Double Tap or Cor-Bon I won't even touch it, let alone spend my hard earned money on it.
Your vids are awesome !! The 10mm tests always get my attention and we all appreciate the work you put into them! Hey can you test the Grizzly cartridge 10mm 200 gr. Cast WFN ?
My man with a Kriss Vector and Aimpoint! Moving up in the world!! Congratulations, it's well-earned! One of your best review traits is comparing the same round but through two different barrel lengths to note the differences. Very helpful!
That was 10mm perfection. I always wanted to see how full power 10mm performs from a carbine. Thank you for testing that. Only thing that could make that performance better is maybe using a bonded bullet, like a Gold Dot or something.
I became a big fan of the 165gr Underwood when they were still using the Gold Dot, and I have a 'bunch' on hand. But now that they arent using that bullet anymore, I will probably transition to this 180gr Buffalo Bore once its time to think about stocking up again. Great vid as always!
One thing I honestly like is your little weather intros. I like talking about weather myself. I like hearing about your comfort or discomfort etc. Also if someone really really cared they could use that info and estimate how it effected bullet performance because things like humidity do effect bullets.
Oh yeah, was hoping to see some 10mm carbine tests soon! Just picked up one of the new 10mm LC Carbines and I'm hoping to see how factory stuff does and have a comparison for handloads.
Magnum Research 1911 By BUL Armory ❤ I got that same 1911 in 45acp . Absolutely killer 1911 for the price ! Quality is better than some 1k+ 1911s . Killer test Brian 🔥🔥🔥 10mm Rules them all !!
Thanks to you showing these months ago, I went and bought an EDC in 10MM and this is all that goes through it. VERY pricey tool, but worth it. Then went out and bought a cheap long gun in the same caliber... Great test, and thank you again for giving me the option for where I go, and may need it!
When you watch the slow mo and see the total size of disruption initial cavity is at least 3-4 inches then the jell closes back in. Think about that in a body where you greater liquid then jell does, the hydro static shock is incredible. If used for hunting the organs would all be just mush. Great test Tools.
Impressive test, Brian! I have yet to be impressed by any PCC's... until now. I'm actually considering a Ruger 10mm, now that they have one. The 10mm is the only one that makes any sense to me and it will become my bedroom gun if it shoots the way I hope it will. I would really like to know what bullet BB uses as it held together fairly well. The Nosler 10mm bullets tend to come apart pretty quickly, at least they have in the past. I'm sure the Speer bullets will fair petty well, being bonded. All in all, the 10mm carbines are pretty impressive! Cheers, jc
I seen a video on the vector 10 shooting various loads but the 1 that I remember the most was Underwood's 135 going over 2000 fps! Also Underwood's 155 was 1950fps!
Wow very impressive results on 10 mm Buffalo bore 180 grain, if I had a 10 mm I'd be definitely would I be running out of it that's a very good stuff. U did it again Tools 🇺🇸👊.
Finally a pcc worth talking about... Except the ammo is in most cases more expensive than 5.56. if money isn't an issue, that's a great tool for home protection.
Awesome testing as always.💥👊 I hope the flooding is staying away from you over there, seeing an upload from you is reassuring.👍 This is the first time I recall seeing the Magnum Research 1911 in 10mm, sweet looking pistol.👊 I would carry this180 grain Buffalo Bore, but it isn't readily available where I typically get ammo. I would get the hard cast stuff in Buffalo Bore, Underwood, or Grizzly for the original purpose I bought my 10mm pistol, which was an elk hunt near the Canadian border in Montana.. But for typical EDC, the Sig V Crown performs well and is readily available at much more reasonable prices, simply because of the shipping.🤷♂
The shipping always makes me crazy. We got very lucky and the worst part of everything went just far enough west of us. Tons of rain and some overflowing creeks but nothing like the worst places got. Appreciate ya, brother.😎👊
@@garypettit5176If you're "wanting a pcc with better capability" then DON'T get a Ruger LC. It's almost 3 feet in length & clunky. B&T APC10 or Kriss Vector 10MM are under 2 ft long.

Thanks again my friend! Great stuff! You get so excited about 10mm, good or bad. You need a .40 super! I've gotten 1500fps from my 5" .40 super with a 180gr XTP! And 940 FT/LBS from a 135gr at 1800.
Great stuff! Both the ammo and the presentation. My conclusion is that the 10 is a good bit better at burning all the powder in a pistol length barrel vs 357Mag. A 158gr that runs 1250 out of a 4" barrel 357 will often pick up about 500FPS out of a 16" rifle. I wonder if a little experimentation with slower powders could bring yet better results from 10mm in a rifle. I expect such a load would be all fireball in a pistol and only suitable for use in a rifle. I'd like to hear more about your experience with 10mm in 1911s as well.
I generally run Hornady 180gr XTP ammo. Not quite as powerful as the Buffalo Bore, but for protection against two legged predators it's just fine. Underwood 180 gr loading is pretty hot too.
Keep the good work we all appreciate your testing. I would like to see Buffalo Bore tested against other ammunition like you have done with Federal Punch 22LR.
