    i am only5'2 but am a good rider so bigger bikes are not to much trouble my bike saddle is high for me but so used to it ,more inportant is the lenght from the center of the crank to the top of the saddle

    • @baconbuttties
      @baconbuttties  4 месяца назад

      The crank is quite high off the ground so I expect that is why the lowest seat position is higher than normal.

    Right, I'm new to biking and I'm fat, hmm maybe that explains it. Well, I like this bike, but it says max rider weight 100 kg, I'm 120 kg .... You recon it matters? Many brands don't even state what they can carry and I I've ridden bikes, none have ever buckled under my weight... Anybody, any advice? Should I pass this one up for something more robust?

    • @baconbuttties
      @baconbuttties  4 дня назад +1

      @@KS-xd6ql There's probably a bit of wiggle room on the weight but I can see by the step through design as to why the max weight is at 100kg

    How easy would it be to change the handlebars on this - I like the looks and the reports on this bike but those handlebars look truly tragic. I notice that the 275 pro has flatter bars but I need a step through.

    • @baconbuttties
      @baconbuttties  16 дней назад +1

      @@bonnie115 it should be easy to change the bars, but be aware that using flat bars would mean excess wires if you know what I mean.

    I don't think it has 70Nm as the front chainring looks larger than the largest sprocket on the rear. Maybe something like 42T at the front and 34T at the rear so it would be 70x(34/42) minus perhaps 1-2Nm lost power in the drivetrain which is typical for mid-drive. Also a typical mid-drive motor like that is pulling somewhere between 15-22A from the controller when climbing hills and 22Ax36V is getting on 800W. It's weird how ebikes just state 250W on them but don't have to adhere to anywhere near 250W. Bosch motors can be almost 900W climbing a hill with a fresh battery and again is certified as 250W. Yes the ebike is legal but it is 250W in name only. Looks a lovely ebike though with and very well built. I know nothing about Ananda mid-drive motors though. How do they compare to Bafang?

    The trouble with those rear lights is if somebody sits on the bike with a coat on it covers a light and you cannot see it.

    Can't decide whether to get this or an L20. Needing it for going to shops about 2 miles away downhill to shops and mostly uphill with groceries, 2 panniers, backpack and 96kg for me. Any suggestions ? It's the uphill journey which would make or break it.

    Super fast 15.5 mph are you joking mine does 42mph but can restrict to 15mph I would not have that bike if it was for free I would leave out side to get pinched. I hope in the fucher ebike law change to 30mph because people arnt buying due to regulations. So China will complain to UK government and I'll bet you the law will be faster. Your wearing a helmet and ordinary mountain bike can go faster than that bike. I could do 24mph peddling and don't pick me up on spelling mistakes. I see you don't get many comments I wonder why
