Bjones keep doing your thing. This is your channel and you have always been consistent with being authentically you. Please don’t let some discourage you. Can’t wait to see what the next moment will be ❤
It’s funny- sometimes you’ll pick up something and I’ll think, “ew, no. Too 80s or 90s”. Then I think but she’ll put it together in a way that works & looks cool! Which is why I watch your videos!❤️❤️
Bjones you are the only RUclipsr I love to watch going thrifting, you always keep it so authentic and your personality is unique! Thank you for another amazing video ❤️ PS I love that Fila jacket I purchased from you!
yess! definitely feel "letting your accessories add personality" perfectly articulated something i've been thinking about recently - especially as more 90s minimal looks are coming in this fall/winter, accessories are such a good way to keep a simple outfit from feeling basic or boring!!
The Stevie Nicks plus preppy vibe of the OOTD is fabulous! A 100% wool blazer in great condition is increasingly hard to find at the thrift- what a score.
We need to see that feather vest in an upcoming video!❤ That tapestry/smoking jacket looks amazing with your hat! (Not sure if you bought it). Another amazing thrift haul, you definitely have an eye for the good stuff!
I MUST say, I am definitely LOVING the OOTD. I don't know if you went to work that day or had a prior engagement, or got dressed in that style "just because" but I am most certainly inspired to do the same thing other than getting dressed for work and events.
What got me obsessed with thrifting was a vintage men’s camel coat that I found for $5. Now I know it was almost 30 years ago, but it was only recently that outerwear prices have skyrocketed at the thrift store. I’m seeing tags at Savers that are $30, $40, and $50. How are lower income people supposed to shop when they get priced out of the second hand market?
Our secondhand store is like that too but the stuff does go on sale at the end of each month. ThredUP the online secondhand store is super expensive too and not always good quality
You just have so much fun letting your imagination take flight while you thriifting. We are kind of like minded on what we look for while we thrift but it just my body type don't allow me to fit into a lot of things I find. Thanks for sharing and ta ta for now!
You are excited about thrifting like me , loved the store you went to you found a lot of great stuff , I normally only find one good piece , wish I had a friend like you to shop with you seem so fun and original in your style .
She is soooo right about checking the shoes to make sure they are not falling about OMG I found the BEST pair of Jimmy C. and they was absolutely no wear on the outer BUT the inside had dry rot and I had no idea until I'd already gone to work in them and my entire foot was full of yucky rotten leather OMG I was soooo hurt! Needless to say I no longer shop the shoes as the last pair I thrifted fell apart on me as I walked into the office!! So I had to Hop around all day with no heels on my thrifted shoe
That was one of the most informative and clear videos I have ever seen you do, and I watch all of them , I absolutely love your style. You are incredibly creative and you know your fashion world., both present and past. Coupled with the fact that you can wear anything is fantastic. You go girl and god bless!
Love this series! The clip on Rode mic sounded amazing in some previous videos. You probably have good reason not to use it. I can imagine it’s hard to clip every outfit change. I found it helped me focus on you and your wonderful tips by keeping the loud music and screeching hanger sounds down. Wanted to mention in case you were on the fence about using it! Will always happily watch whatever you post. Thanks for sharing!
Hey girl, I love almost everything you do, This episode is great! I wanted you to know that as a former Nordstrom Buyer in the 80's and 90's, the label is pronounced Class-eeks, not classics. Think Clinique pronunciation. It was one of our private label collections. Keep doing you...I'm obsessed!
The TLAS series gets better and better, Beth! loved that smoking jacket blazer situation! ❤ you have so much will power! I would have bought everything in that cart! Lol 😂
Love hearing your thoughts and how you select items in a section. Pure inspiration Beth!! One tip - I do tend to find the vests in the tank top section, so I’m always sure to scan there too. I’m going thrifting this afternoon 👍🏻
I’m always excited to see that you have a new video! Your passion for thrifting and styling is contagious. Keep shining your light! And as for the haters…we’re not seeing their outfits of the day…just sayin’ 👀
Fun video! I used to work for Nordstrom- the pronunciation we used for the house Nordstrom label Classiques, is "Class-eeks" just so you know since you love it! Great jacket finds! As a Colorado girl here, hard AGREE- never buy a new coat... I have a LOT and I always find and want and need MORE coats in my life... I have some gorgeous furs and recently found another GEM... they are getting pricier but STILL....LOVE Valentino's coats on the couture runway today with the ball skirts slinking out underneath....
Yes, always watch BJ for ideas as she so much up my alley for cool tips and charity shopping is the best especially when you find that item you have been hunting for.
There sure were some great fun pieces. My favorites were the blue long skirt and the yellow and black floral jacket....I would not have left that behind.
So many hats purses and shoes in the shop. Here they are scares. Gooing thrifting next week to the bigger city. Wish me luck. I m on the hunt for a jeansblazer and a camel Trenchcoat. I love ties too and I love my scarf and hat collection.
I would like to see you, how would style a customer coming into the store. Taking us on a journey of exploration and discovery. That will be an awesome new series to incorporate into your channel. Great advice! 😘
You are a delight! You save me a fortune! Like going to an art gallery! No way could it be done in my area! Love your videos and adore your new closet!
I would love you to say the prices as you go- also a review haul at the end showing what you got. I think you definitely should have got the leather coat that was killer on you
Loved the striped blazer with tour belt. Grate camelcolored coat Love the shear skirt and the leather jacket. I loved tour idea with the mermaid shaped skirt and tour scarf suggestions xxx love ya x
Wow you are finding great coats. I wish I had a friend like you. My family and friends are all in for the expensive stores. My daughter in laws and granddaughter don’t want grandma thrifting with them.
Love all your finds, but this thing I love the most is your belt. Its so interesting. Can you tell us more about it. Where did you find it. Where was it made? Love to hear more about it and any other interesting belts you have.
That hat might be a belly dance hat in the video. From a scarf to a belly dance hat in the middle east they may go. Actually Lebanon's totally modern. We don't really know. But belly dance hats can have things like that on them.
I am the same way about skirts and blazers all grouped together in black. It’s not pleasing to my eye. It doesn’t stand out. I quickly scan and move on.
my personal rule I don't buy anything black at a thrift it is always so used and on it's last leg everyone wears black and wears it to death so by the time its donated its dirty, stained or torn so unless I see tags as I pass by I don't even stop.
Bjones keep doing your thing. This is your channel and you have always been consistent with being authentically you. Please don’t let some discourage you. Can’t wait to see what the next moment will be ❤
Beth, with your beaded head thing and the twirly skirt, you looked like a modern day gypsy!
It’s funny- sometimes you’ll pick up something and I’ll think, “ew, no. Too 80s or 90s”. Then I think but she’ll put it together in a way that works & looks cool! Which is why I watch your videos!❤️❤️
The white beaded bag is called a clutch, because you clutch it in your hands. A coin purse is much smaller and would fit in your palm.
Thank you! I really needed a good vicarious thrifting spree. I absolutely love a longer video like this. You always make my day.
I LOVE the beaded had you’re wearing! So interesting and it looks dynamite on you!
Bjones you are the only RUclipsr I love to watch going thrifting, you always keep it so authentic and your personality is unique! Thank you for another amazing video ❤️

The best in this series, Beth! So glad you got rid of the mic and this feels so much more playful and you ❤
I really really enjoy these long thrifting videos so much! My absolute fave.. that skirt!! So good!!!
We need to see that feather vest in an upcoming video!❤ That tapestry/smoking jacket looks amazing with your hat! (Not sure if you bought it). Another amazing thrift haul, you definitely have an eye for the good stuff!
So many great items and they all looked great; being tall and slim makes all the difference. I'm so inspired!
That gold blazer coat ❤. I would have had to hug that one!
Another great video but i couldnt keep my eyes off those amazing pants you wore 😍.
I MUST say, I am definitely LOVING the OOTD. I don't know if you went to work that day or had a prior engagement, or got dressed in that style "just because" but I am most certainly inspired to do the same thing other than getting dressed for work and events.

Broadway was a Dept. Store when I was growing up

My favorite kind of videos you do!! Naturally low key and inspiring with lots tips!
The hat section at a thrift store is a great place to pick up cute little bugs..called headlice..
The mermaid cut skirt pulled up as a strapless dress for the holidays with a faux fur wrap or lace shawl!!! ❤

I am the same way about skirts and blazers all grouped together in black. It’s not pleasing to my eye. It doesn’t stand out. I quickly scan and move on.
I caught the prices of the clothing and wow girl…… your thrift is pricey! Here in CO coats are $13.
I hope you snagged both of those leather jackets!
my personal rule I don't buy anything black at a thrift it is always so used and on it's last leg everyone wears black and wears it to death so by the time its donated its dirty, stained or torn so unless I see tags as I pass by I don't even stop.
Great one.
