    Grab your resistance band, and follow along with me. This is my favorite resistance band sequence for shoulder maintenance, health, and injury prevention. Do this regularly and before your aerial training, teaching, or performances. This sequence is also great for surfers and anyone who wants strong, healthy shoulders.

    Oh my gosh thank you so much for this video! I have had shoulder injuries in the past, and as a new aerialist I am trying to be mindful and careful with my shoulders. This is such an awesome sequence to warm up with or just throw into the middle of a busy day. I hope to someday train with you- it looks immensely fiun :) Peace and love to you!

    Thank you very much Kerri, I love your videos : clear, safety and efficient work. I'm an aerial teacher and you inspire me in my workouts with my students. You seem to be a very good teacher. I'm in France so Mexico is a little bit far for me, but I would love to come and train with you in Casa Chango! Thznks again, keep doing videos like this !!

    It is normal that I feel some pain??? I have an old shoulder injury that appears when I train intensely and I make figures on pole... this excercises can help me with that???

      Hi Diana. It is hard to answer a question about pain when I don't know you and haven't worked with you in person. What I can say is that many people experience pain from aerial training, and doing exercises like this can be super helpful. It is important to work with a coach that really understands anatomy and how to train in a way that is safe for your body and uses your muscles correctly to avoid pain and injury. I would love to work with you in person if you want to come to one of our retreats.
