Boys to Men? I doubt they were inspired by this. I don't know.
It could well be, that Boyz II Men, respectively Babyface, who wrote the title, were at least inspired by the melody for "I'll make love to you". The Beatles were by no means foreign to them. Boyz II Men covered "Yesterday" and "In my Life". "Yesterday" is on the same album as "I'll make love to you".
@@braudabo Okay. You make a good point. But I'll Make Love to You doesn't sound anything like this. I would not have thought Boyz to Men or Babyface would be jammin' to the Beatles.
Boyz used to be my niece's favorite act. She was once surprised when I recognized the song she was playing. I said "They've got the number one song on the charts. I know who they are." Her dad who is my age, had no idea. It'd been nice to have been able to pull out that Beatles' fact.
@@debjorgo It never occurred to me, that Love you to could have anything to do with I'll make love to you. But the way Prodijet Reacts sings it here, one can hear a marginal similarity. Maybe it's just a coincidence.

If you stopped continual talking over the top of it you'd hear the lyrics properly. What the h... is boys to men?
