Very good Dr. Koyade. Very sensitive man! I know many students on first day of anatomy dissection used to faint on looking at the dead bodies! I wrote three books but after retirement. When working in hospitals in demanding speciality, you don't get time. But we gather experiences in our mind. I have satisfaction that I took care of my patients best I could day and night. After retiring I became artist, got a fellowship and wrote novel 'Shakuntala' in Marathi. Other books are in English. I read, in small town a book in Marathi when I was first year of highschool, which was translation of 'Robinson Crusoe' It changed my life. I also agree with him, do whatever you want right now. We don't get time. We have only one life so do what you like first. God bless you.
