- I wanted to do a bigger animation for this video but unfortunately I had too much on my plate! Aah! I’ve had this song in mind for a while now so it was good to finally get it out there even though I know my originals never do as well as fandom stuff. Either way, this song was fun to make.
You might be inclined to imagine the lyrics as a metaphor for depression, but I’m here to say, they’re actually incredibly literal. This is another character in the unfortunate life circumstance category, alongside our favourite Cannibal Freak. But instead of needing to consume human flesh, you might have guess it, Cade breathes chlorine instead of oxygen, turning them into a literal walking chemical weapon.

My friends mother had passed away recently due to suffocation, there is a ongoing murder case and my friend is down, but this song is such a banger me and my friend forgot about his mothers death
This song is so hypnotic!!!

My neighbors mom died a few days ago. I was gonna ask but I forgot while listening to this song.
My friends mom died a while back. I don’t know how. Someone was telling me the story but I couldn’t hear them through this amazing song blasting through my earbuds. It’s so amazing it made me forget I even had a friend. 10/10 👍

your originals are so underrated
This style brings me back a couple of years at the beginning, my god. The typical acid-like instrumentals with that really nostalgic feel of that effect like in fan games of then popular games making banger acid backtracks. Also, the Instrumental at the beginning is so goddamn good. I also love the song itself and how you always come up with lyrics to that one theme of the song. I wonder how you have that big of a vocabulary. It's impressive! Some of these words are words I never heard before! Keep going!

@@sillysavagejake1014 thanks man. She apparently died of suffocation. And the cops just got done interviewing me. They say they interviewed my sister when the ambulance made it. My sister must be really bummed because she cleaned the dishes before i got home.

Does she still eat food? If so, how does she eat? Does she take off her mask for a bit to eat? Is there some sort of mechanism so she can eat? I have the same questions about her drinking water.
The chlorine mask is just so she can be around other people. If she needs to have it on for extended periods of time they give her an IV. Otherwise she has a chamber made of 20% chlorine gas where she can breathe normally and take off the mask. Second part if the curse immortality so just reawaken if they die, but that's not a pleasant experience.

I murdered my mother by suffocating her, called a ambulance, watched them drive away with my dead mother, went to feed my cats, did the dishes, cleaned off her bed. Went to the front door to rethink life choices. Then the police came and questioned me. And then went back to sitting outside rethinking my life choices. All while having this song repeating through my earbuds. Such a great song 10/10 would murder again.

Hey, I have some constructive critisicm. I think her voice is a too weak at some parts, and you could have used her Bold/Powerful modes to make it sound more strong. Sometimes I can't understand what she says due to this.
That is her bold, powerful mode, JimBoe, but thank you for describing vocal modes to a synth vocal producer.
If you're talking the blue part, that's the point, I don't want you to hear what she's saying because story wise, it's like you are passing out
@@xXthawell that's strange, since I've heard her sound much more powerful than this, but you say you have the most powerful modes on. I've heard much more powerful performances by Eleanor Forte AI. Did you have it on 150% on the parts where you did use them?
@__jimboemnxndne__ I had it high power, bold, high tension, low breath, layered with Solaria on Powerful, overdriven, and hard clip compressed. Anymore power and she'd start losing quality. The only places she's not powerful are the first verse and bridge (blue part) but for them, there are very few instruments or intentionally distorted vocals.
She's not an eletronic or powerful voice, even at max power, but I liked the juxtaposition of a softer voice on a driven song because it fits the character. Of course Eleanor will sound more powerful when accompanied by piano singing a ballad than in a heavy electronic song, which is why 95% of my songs don't use her, but that was the challenge I put in place for this song because I thought it would be cool.
While I appreciate the criticism, no one else I've asked says they can't hear the vocals or find them quiet and I think they're perfectly audible and achieved what I was going for.
@@xXthaso I guess Eleanor can't really sound super strong then? I might consider buying Cong Zheng instead then, since I'm pretty sure she can sing much more powerfully, and I've heard a cover that made Cong sound like Eleanor, so I think I'll do that.
@@__jimboemnxndne__ I’d say Eleanor is one of the least powerful english vocal banks but I haven’t much listened to any English as their second language voice banks. Not that she can’t sound strong, like you said, but it’s all relative to the genre of music you make. Solaria and Kevin both have much stronger voices if you need big power vocals. Not sure about Weina she seems about the same as Eleanor and Natalie seems stronger but much more American Pop/Country sounding. Eleanor’s great for mid speed stuff. I used her in mine and Float-P’s song God Machine which is lighter electronic than this and I think she was good there. You can technically make her stronger than this video but you’ll start getting really gritty vocals because you’re pushing the limits of the voice. I went about as far as possible without noticably sacrificing quality.
