@@dragonmaster2482 So we found out that the bug is probably in the FIX - Reforma Promods Background Fix v13.151 - there is a problem with it, when deactivated scrolling works OK. I already wrote to the author of the MOD.
You need Reforma promods background fix. Then you should be able to scroll up alaska
I've just got the MOD in there... that's why it's weird. LOOK at 4:52 third from the top
